To reduce the risk of scams or malware, use your phone's built-in camera app to scan the QR codes instead of thirdparty apps. 2 Add devices to your Demo app Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds to turn on the camera. Then, sign in to the app and click the "+ Add device" button. Follow the in-app instructions to complete the setup. . 3 Charge the camera Fully charge the battery before its initial use by connecting it to a USB-C cable and charge via a USB-C charger (DC 5V/1A-2A), sold separately. Charging the battery will take approximately 4-6 hours. The power indicator will turn green once the battery is fully charged. Mount the camera Wall We recommend hanging the camera 7-10 ft (2-3m) above the ground for optimal monitoring coverage. 7-10 ft (2-3m) 4 Note: Ensure to mount the camera according to the correct orientation steps shown below (1-4). 1 2 3 140° 180° 4 Install using the magnetic bracket The magnetic bracket is designed to securely attach to any ferrous material. Important Note: The strength of the camera's magnetic adhesion depends directly on the thickness of the metal it is attached to. It is advised to avoid attaching it to extremely thin metal materials, as this may compromise the effectiveness of the magnetic connection. 5 Install using the anchor plate 1. If magnetic attachment is not an option in your home, you can use the anchor plate for installation. cUse a 15/64-inch (6mm) drill bit to drill holes where the anchor plate will be placed. cIf your wall is made of concrete, wood, brick, or stucco, insert the provided drywall anchors into the holes. cAttach the anchor plate to the wall, ensuring the "Up" label on the plate is placed in the upward direction. 2. Mount the camera cFasten the camera to the anchor plate, and make sure it is attached securely. 2 1 6 cAdjust to the appropriate angle for monitoring. 360° Ceiling 1. Mount the anchor plate cUse a 15/64-inch (6mm) drill bit to drill holes where the anchor plate will be placed. cIf your ceiling is made of concrete, wood, brick, or stucco, insert the provided drywall anchors into the holes. cAttach the anchor plate to the ceiling. 7 2. Mount the camera cFasten the camera to the anchor plate, and make sure it is attached securely. 1 2 cAdjust to the appropriate angle for monitoring. Flat surface cPlace the camera on a table and adjust the angle for optimal monitoring. 8 Safety cDo not use the device in extreme temperatures, and never expose the device to strong direct sunlight or a humid, wet environment. cThe suitable temperature for Battery Cam 1 and its accessories is -10°C / 14°F to 45°C / 113°F. cThe best environment is a temperature range between 5°C / 41°F and 25°C / 77°F. cThe suitable temperature for charging is 0°C/32°F to 45°C / 113°F. When charging, place the device(s) at room temperature in a place with good ventilation. cOnly use the adapter and battery supplied by the manufacturer. Using unauthorized adapters and batteries may cause damage to the device and will void the device's warranty.
