Waterproof 4-Key Remote Controller

Product Introduction

The remote controller is primarily used for data reception and signal control. It is suitable for various applications including electric doors, garage doors, rolling shutter doors/windows, remote control switches, remote control door locks, LED lighting, industrial automatic control, receiving controllers, and wireless anti-theft alarms. The internal circuit design is advanced, utilizing a fixed coding chip. The RF circuit employs a sound meter for frequency stabilization, offering high stability and low power consumption. It is compatible with various RF modules from the company.

Product Shape

The remote control features four buttons labeled A, B, C, and D. An image displays the front of the remote control with these buttons and a key chain loop. Another image shows the internal circuit board with four circular components corresponding to the buttons, labeled K1, K2, K3, and K4. The circuit board also shows various electronic components and soldering points.

Remote Control Coding Description

An image displays a waveform, likely representing the encoded signal transmitted by the remote control. The waveform consists of a series of pulses and gaps, indicating digital data transmission.

One frame of data consists of a synchronization header, 16 bits of address data, and 8 bits of key value data. The 16 address bits are structured such that every 2 bits represent an address bit code. For example, the SCT2260 has 8 address codes.

Description of the Working Principle of the Remote Control

When the control keys SW1 to SW4 of the remote controller are pressed, and the coding MCU is powered on with the indicator light illuminated, the coding MCU/DOUT port outputs 24-bit serial data (with a serial port baud rate ≤ 5 Kbps) to the high-frequency oscillation circuit. The signal is then transmitted in the form of ASK modulation through the RF antenna.
