Charging Methods
Wireless Charging Mode
To initiate wireless charging:
- Press the power button. The first indicator light will flash purple once, and the blue indicator lights will show the current battery level of the portable charger.
- Place your phone onto the portable charger, ensuring it is centered on the wireless charging surface (indicated by a circle icon). The first indicator light will turn solid purple.
- Charging automatically stops when the phone is fully charged or removed. The indicator light turns off after approximately 60 seconds, or the portable charger powers off. Pressing the power button for 4 seconds also powers off the device.
Notes for Wireless Charging:
- The device to be charged must support wireless charging functionality.
- The magnetic suction function is compatible with iPhone 12 or newer models. The material of the phone case can affect magnetic strength.
- Supports 7.5W wireless output for Apple devices, 10W for Samsung, and 5W for other compatible devices.
- Wireless charging is not compatible with non-magnetic phone cases. For optimal performance, use magnetic cases.
Wired Charging Mode
To charge a device using a cable:
- Connect your device to the USB-A or USB-C output port using your charging cable (not included). No button press is required to start charging.
- The blue indicator lights will show the current battery level of the portable charger during wired charging.
- Charging automatically stops when the device is fully charged or disconnected. The indicator light turns off after approximately 40 seconds, or the portable charger powers off. Pressing the power button for 4 seconds also powers off the device.
Notes for Wired Charging:
- Using a single USB-A or USB-C port provides a fast charging output of 5V/2.4A.
- When using both USB-A and USB-C ports simultaneously, the total output is shared at 5V/2.4A.
- Pressing the power button does not affect wired charging speed.
Simultaneous Wired & Wireless Charging
To charge multiple devices at once:
- Activate wireless charging mode by pressing the power button and place your compatible smartphone onto the charger.
- Connect another electronic device to the USB-A or USB-C output port with your charging cable. The first indicator light will remain purple, and the blue indicator lights will show the portable charger's battery level.
- Charging automatically stops when all devices are fully charged or disconnected. The indicator light turns off after approximately 60 seconds, or the portable charger powers off. Pressing the power button for 4 seconds also powers off the device.
Note for Simultaneous Charging:
- When both wired and wireless charging are active simultaneously, the total output is shared at 5V/2.4A.
Charging the Portable Charger
To recharge the portable charger itself:
- Plug the USB end of the enclosed cable into a power supply equipment, such as an AC adapter or computer.
- Connect the other end of the cable to the Type-C port of the portable charger.
- The blue LED indicator will blink during charging, and all four blue indicator lights will be solid when fully charged.
Low Battery Prompt: When the last blue light is flashing rapidly, the portable charger needs to be recharged promptly.
Indicator Light Status:
- Blinking light: Indicates recharging in progress.
- Solid light: Indicates fully charged.
Press the power button to check the remaining battery charge.
Battery Power Indication
The LED indicators show the remaining battery capacity:
- 4 solid blue lights: 75%-100%
- 3 solid blue lights: 50%-75%
- 2 solid blue lights: 25%-50%
- 1 solid blue light: 0%-25%
- Flashing last light: Low battery, needs charging.
Important Safety Precautions
[WARNING] When using this product, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:
- Upon initial use or after a prolonged storage period, fully charge it once. The unit's full performance is achieved only after 2 or 3 completed charge and discharge cycles.
- Please charge the product every three months when it's been idle status.
- Do not use harsh chemicals, like soap or cleanser, to scrub it.
- To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is necessary when the product is used near children.
- Portable chargers are not allowed in checked luggage on commercial airline flights. Handle with care and dispose of in accordance with local regulations.
- Do not put your fingers or hands into the product.
- Do not expose the portable charger to rain or snow.
- Do not use power supplies or chargers not recommended or sold by the manufacturer, as this may cause injury to persons.
- Do not charge the portable charger for more than 10 hours and do not leave it unattended. Disconnect the portable charger when not in use.

- Do not expose a power pack to fire or excessive temperature. Never store or use this product in temperatures below 32°F (0°C) or above 115°F (45°C).
Q&A
Q: Cannot charge the Portable Charger.
