Reason for Change

Based on customer feedback, many users of the modules listed in Para 1 did not utilize the Espressif Common AT firmware. For those who did, there were varying firmware version requirements. Consequently, Espressif will no longer pre-flash the Espressif Common AT firmware on these modules before shipment.

Description of Change

The modules listed in Para 1 will be shipped without the Espressif Common AT firmware pre-flashed.

Impact of Change

Quality & Performance: There are no hardware modifications to the affected products. If customers do not use the factory-default Espressif Common AT firmware, this change will have no impact on product quality, performance, or usage. However, if customers rely on the factory-flashed firmware, they should contact their Espressif business contacts or sales@espressif.com for customized production.
