Getting Started: Auto Pairing
Follow these steps to quickly pair your SOUL Emotion Max headphones with your device.
- Initiate Pairing Mode: On the headphone, press and hold the power button for more than 4 seconds until the LED indicator turns blue. The device is now in pairing mode.
- Connect to Device: On your smartphone or audio device, enable Bluetooth. Select 'SOUL EMOTION MAX' from the list of available devices. Once connected, the device status will show 'CONNECTED'.

Charging Your Headphones
To charge your SOUL Emotion Max headphones, connect the provided USB-C cable to the headphone's charging port and a power source. The WHITE LED indicator will illuminate during charging.
- Charging: The WHITE LED stays white.
- 100% Charged: The LED turns off.

Resetting Your Headphones
If you need to reset your SOUL Emotion Max headphones, follow these steps:
- Locate the power/multi-function button on the headphone.
- Press and hold the power button for more than 5 seconds.
- The LED will flash white once (x1).
- RESET COMPLETE. A checkmark icon indicates the reset is successful.

Multipoint Connection
Connect your SOUL Emotion Max headphones to two devices simultaneously for seamless switching.
- Enter Pairing Mode: Press and hold the power button for >4s until the LED turns blue. Select 'PAIRING MODE'.
- Pair 1st Device: Connect your first device (e.g., smartphone). The device will show 'SOUL EMOTION MAX CONNECTED'.
- Power Off Headphone: Press and hold the power button for >5s to turn off the headphones.
- Enter Pairing Mode for 2nd Device: Press and hold the power button for >4s again until the LED turns blue. Select 'PAIRING MODE'.
- Pair 2nd Device: Connect your second device (e.g., computer). The device will show 'SOUL EMOTION MAX CONNECTED'.
- Re-connect 1st Device: The headphones will automatically reconnect to the first device.

Manage your audio and calls with intuitive controls:
