Configure essential parameters: Country, Post Code (CP), Year, Day, Month, Hour, Minutes, and Daylight Saving status (EU setting). This establishes the device's location and time reference.
2b. Holiday Program and Security
Set a Holiday Program by defining the start and finish dates (day/month). Optionally, activate a PIN code for security. Conclude the setup by selecting 'END'.
2c. Geographic Coordinate Setup
Alternatively, set up the device using geographic coordinates. After selecting the Country or CP stage, scroll down to enter the 'Coor' setting. Input Latitude (North/South) and Longitude (East/West) values, then set the Time Zone (TZ), Year, Day, Month, Hour, and Minutes, along with Daylight Saving status.
Programming Modes
3a. Astro ON / Astro OFF Function
This mode allows switching based on astronomical sunrise/sunset times. Set the desired ON time (e.g., 18:19) with an optional 'retarded' offset (e.g., +10 minutes) and the OFF time (e.g., 05:20) with an optional 'advanced' offset (e.g., -20 minutes). Specify the days of the week for this program (e.g., Monday to Friday).
3b. ON / OFF Function
Standard ON/OFF programming. Set specific ON and OFF times (e.g., ON at 6:25, OFF at 19:15) and select the days of the week for activation (e.g., Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday).
3c. Pulse Function
Configure a pulse output. Set the start time (e.g., 11:00) and the duration of the pulse (e.g., 5 seconds). Specify the days for this function (e.g., Monday, Wednesday, Friday).
Programming involves navigating with the joystick and confirming selections with a [click]. The display shows 'NP' (New Program) and provides options to 'EXIT' or 'END' the sequence. Day selection uses numerical codes (e.g., 7=Saturday, 6=Friday, 5=Thursday for ON; 2=Tuesday, 3=Wednesday, 4=Thursday for OFF).
