Operating Instructions

Power Cord - Release & Use

Turn the upper cord hook to either side and down to release the power cord.

⚠️ WARNING To reduce the risk of electric shock, this appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). This plug fits a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully, reverse it. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not change the plug.

⚠️ WARNING Personal Injury and Product Damage Hazard: When any abnormality/failure occurs, stop using the product immediately and disconnect the power plug. DO NOT use outlets above counters, as damage from the cord to surrounding items could occur.

Filling the Clean Water Tank

Before cleaning, open the water tank cap and fill the tank with approximately 16.9 oz. (500ml) of water using the measuring cup. Then, close the cap.

NOTE: To reduce mineral build-up and prolong lifespan, use of distilled or de-mineralized water is highly recommended.

⚠️ CAUTION Do not add any chemicals, detergents, or perfumes into the water tank.

⚠️ WARNING Always unplug the steam mop when adding water or changing a microfiber pad.

Operation Modes - Steam Cleaning Hard Floors

NOTE: Always sweep or vacuum the floor to remove dirt and debris before steam cleaning.

NOTE: Prior to use, wash the microfiber pad to remove lint.

⚠️ WARNING Do not use the steam mop without a microfiber pad attached to the floor head.

  1. Plug the power cord into a nearby electrical outlet.
  2. Press the power button. The power indicator will illuminate blue, and the READY indicator will illuminate red during preheating.
  3. After approximately 15 seconds, the READY indicator will turn blue, indicating the steam mop is ready. The default setting is Low.
  4. If desired, press the High Volume button to switch to High volume mode. The corresponding indicator light will illuminate.
  5. Place your foot on the floor head and pull the main body back to recline the mop. (Diagram shows user reclining the mop).
  6. Move the mop slowly back and forth, paying particular attention to high-traffic areas. (Diagram shows mop moving across floor).

⚠️ CAUTION Do not allow the steam mop to remain in one spot for any length of time, as damage to the floor surface may occur.

  1. After steaming, press the power button to turn off the steam mop. Return it to the upright position and unplug the power cord.

NOTE: Drain the water tank before storing the steam mop for an extended period.

⚠️ CAUTION Always unplug the steam mop when removing the floor head or handle. Always ensure the steam mop has fully cooled down before removing the floor head.

Operation Modes - Steam Cleaning Tough Messes

⚠️ WARNING Steam cleaning is safe for all sealed hard floor surfaces, but should not be used on unsealed (not waxed) surfaces. Steam mops are designed for horizontal surfaces only.

  1. Make sure the steam mop is unplugged from the outlet and has cooled down.
  2. Press the floor head release pedal to detach the steam cleaner from the floor head. (Diagram shows pedal being pressed and floor head detaching). NOTE: The spot brush is fixed to the main body and cannot be removed.

  7. Once the steam cleaner has completely cooled, securely reattach it to the floor head, ensuring a firm connection.
