Important Safety Instructions

• Place the earbuds back into the charging case when not in use and keep the product away from children to avoid choking hazards.
• Close attention is needed when using near children. Not recommended for children under age three.
• This product contains magnetic material. Consult your physician on whether this might affect your implantable medical device.
• A strong impact may cause damage to the internal parts of the product.
• Avoid exposing the charging case to water, rain, snow, and any other liquid.
• Never submerge the earbuds in water for an extended period, or wear them while participating in water sports, such as swimming, waterskiing, and surfing.
• Never expose the product to excessive heat, such as fireplaces, radiators, heat registers, or other apparatus that produce heat.
• Remove earbuds immediately if you experience a warming sensation.
• Do not use the charging case in excess of its output rating. Overload outputs above rating may result in a risk of fire or injury to persons.
• Do not disassemble the charging case. Incorrect reassembly may result in the risk of fire, injury to persons, and warranty avoidance.
• Do not use a charging case that is damaged or modified.
• Always ask professional technicians or authorized personnel for repair.
• To avoid hearing damage, use the earbuds at a comfortable and moderate volume level.
• Do not wear earbuds with high volume for a long time to avoid damaging your hearing.
• Turn the volume down on your device before you put the earbuds on, then turn the volume up gradually as per your preference.
• For your safety, do not use the earbuds when you are driving or doing other activities with potential danger, and follow applicable laws regarding headphone use.

Carefully unpack the carton and confirm that the following parts are included:

Note: If any part of the product is damaged, do not use it. Contact the seller or KMOUK customer service. If you are exercising, put the earbuds cover tips on the earbuds to avoid dropping out.

Product Overview

The earbuds and charging case have distinct parts:

• Earbuds: Touch control area, Microphone, Charging contacts.
• Charging Case: USB Type-C port, Power light, Indicator light, Charging pins, Function button.

How to Wear

Check the left and right sides of the earbuds. The charging case and the earbuds have left and right ear labels, with "L" for the left ear and "R" for the right ear.

Adjust the earbuds to fit your ears comfortably.

How to Use

Pairing

1. Open the lid of the charging case. The indicator light will show battery power for 2 seconds, then flash white, indicating the earbuds are in Bluetooth pairing mode.
2. Turn on Bluetooth on your device and select "KMOUK KM-HTW001" from the device list.
3. After successful pairing, opening the charging case lid will automatically connect the earbuds to the last connected device.

Disconnect from Your Device

Place the earbuds in the charging case and close the lid. The Bluetooth connection will automatically terminate.

Connect to New Device

1. Put the earbuds back in the charging case and close the lid.
2. Open the lid and wait 2 seconds, then press and hold the function button for 3 seconds. The earbuds will enter Bluetooth pairing mode, and the indicator light will flash white.
3. Turn on Bluetooth on the new device and select "KMOUK KM-HTW001" from the device list to connect.

Clear Pairing List

1. Put the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the lid open.
2. Press and hold the function button for 10 seconds. The indicator light will flash white 3 times.

Factory Reset

1. Put the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the lid open.
2. Hold the touch control with your finger on the left earbud, and simultaneously hold the function button for 10 seconds. Repeat the same step for the right earbud.
3. Close the lid for 5 seconds, then open the lid.

Operations and Functions

The touch control area on each earbud allows for various operations:

Left Earbud

• Single Tap: Answer/End Call ?, Volume Down ?
• Double Tap: Play/Pause ▶️/⏸️
• Triple Tap: Previous Track ⏪
• Long Press: Reject Call/End Call ?❌, Mute Microphone ?❌

Right Earbud

• Single Tap: Answer/End Call ?, Volume Up ?
• Double Tap: Play/Pause ▶️/⏸️
• Triple Tap: Next Track ⏩
• Long Press: Reject Call/End Call ?❌, Mute Microphone ?❌

How to Charge

Charge the Earbuds

1. Put the earbuds into the charging case.
2. Close the lid, and the earbuds will start charging automatically.

Note: Fully charge both the earbuds and the charging case before first-time use. Charge the earbuds every 3 months when not using them for a long time.

Charge the Case

Connect the USB Type-C cable to a charging adapter and plug the cable into the Type-C port on the charging case. Plug the charging adapter into an electric socket.

How to Clean

Gently wipe off dirt with a soft, dry cloth or cotton swab.

Note: Do not insert anything into the nozzle hole.

Troubleshooting

1. Cannot find "KMOUK KM-HTW001" in the Bluetooth device list: Deactivate the Bluetooth function of the previously paired device and try pairing again.
2. Failed to pair the earbuds with the device: Follow the "Connect to New Device" instructions to pair again.
3. No sound in the earbuds: Check the volume level on your device and ensure the earbuds are set as the audio output device. If not working, perform a "Factory Reset".
4. Cannot hear the other person on the phone: Adjust the call volume on your device. On iOS devices (like iPhone), ensure Bluetooth earbuds are set as the audio output device in settings.
5. Earbuds failed to turn on: The earbuds have low battery; charge them.
6. Poor sound quality / connection interruption / sound delay: Place the connected device closer to the earbuds or remove obstacles between them.
