Product Overview

Using Your Earbuds

Pairing

1. Ensure earbuds are fully charged.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode if not previously connected. The indicator light will flash red and green alternately.
3. On your device, open Bluetooth settings and select "Oraimo FreePods 4" to connect.
4. If connection fails, reset the earbuds: disconnect from your device, place earbuds in the charging case, open the case, and press and hold the touch control area for 5 seconds until you hear a beep. Then, try pairing again.

• Play/Pause: Tap the touch control area once. ▶️
• Next Track: Double-tap the touch control area. ⏩
• Previous Track: Triple-tap the touch control area. ⏪
• Answer/Hang Up Call: Tap the touch control area once. ?
• Refuse Call: Long press the touch control area for 2 seconds. ?
• ANC ON/OFF: Long press the touch control area for 2 seconds until you hear two beeps. ?
• Transparency Mode: Long press the touch control area for 2 seconds until you hear two beeps (alternating with ANC). ?

Charging

Place the earbuds in the charging case. The case indicator light will show the charging status. Use the provided Type-C cable to charge the case.

FAQ

Question 1: Earbuds not charging.

Reason: Earbuds may be smudged and fail to make contact for charging.

Solution: Use a cleaning cloth (preferably with alcohol) to clean the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the charging case. Ensure earbuds are properly seated.

Question 2: Only one earbud works/sound from only one side.

Reason: The left and right earbuds may not be paired correctly.

Solution: Reset the earbuds as described in the pairing section. Ensure both earbuds are charged and try pairing again.

Question 3: Earbuds not connecting.

Reason: Bluetooth is not enabled on your device, or the earbuds are not in pairing mode.

Solution: Ensure Bluetooth is on and the earbuds are in pairing mode (flashing red and green alternately). If already paired, "forget" the earbuds in your device's Bluetooth settings and re-pair.

Question 4: Bad sound quality/Low volume.

Reason: Earbud speaker or sound hole is blocked with dirt; wearing posture is incorrect.

Solution: Clean the earbud speaker with a dry cleaning cloth. Try different sizes of eartips and ensure a secure fit for optimal sound and noise isolation.

Question 5: Bad call quality.

Reason: The microphone is blocked; the other party's volume is too low; the transmission range or connectivity is affected.

Solution: Ensure the microphone hole is clear of debris. Check the volume on both ends of the call. Move closer to your connected device to improve signal strength.

• Do not expose the product to liquids.
• Avoid dropping or applying strong impact to the product.
• Avoid extreme temperatures.
• Do not use the product outdoors during a thunderstorm.
• Use original or certified cables for charging.
• Do not touch the control area too quickly or too slowly between touch control actions.
• Do not wear earbuds at a very high volume for extended periods to avoid impairing your hearing.
• When encountering a fault during operation, cut off the power supply and disconnect the Type-C cable to prevent further damage. Recharge immediately if the battery is low.
