myAudi Registration and Audi Connect Services Activation
myAudi is your online hub to see, control, and activate Audi Connect features. Follow these steps:
- Register on myAudi (https://login.audi.com).
- Add your vehicle using your chassis number (VIN).
- View your Audi Connect features under the 'Audi Connect' tab.
- PIN Activation: Locate your 8-digit Audi Connect PIN (under vehicle profile on myAudi or in the MMI Connect app settings). Add the PIN to your vehicle MMI via Menu > Audi Connect.
- Primary User Verification: For Safety and Service and e-tron services, verify yourself as the primary user in your vehicle. Scratch the 10-digit code from your vehicle key tag and enter it in your vehicle MMI.
Download the Audi MMI app: Available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Log in with your myAudi credentials.
Selling Your Audi
When selling your Audi, complete these steps to remove your data:
- Delete the vehicle from your myAudi account via the Vehicle profile.
- Reset the MMI to factory settings (Settings > Factory settings > Restore factory settings).
- For Audi Connect Safety and Service customers, reset the Primary User in the vehicle MMI (Audi Connect > Audi Connect User Management > Primary User > Reset Primary User).
- Hand over the vehicle key tag with the 10-digit PIN to the new owner.
