Power and Pairing

Power On

The earbuds will automatically turn on when you open the charging case.

Power Off

The earbuds will automatically turn off once placed inside the charging case with the lid closed.

Pairing

• Open the charging case.
• Turn on the Bluetooth of your device.
• Select 'Add Device', and from the list of devices, select 'Noise Buds VS102 Neo'.
• Your Noise Buds VS102 Neo are now paired with your device and ready to use.

Note: Your Noise Buds VS102 Neo will automatically connect to the last paired device as soon as you take them out of the charging case.

Reset and Sizing

Resetting the Earbuds

• Make sure your earbuds are fully charged.
• On your paired devices, delete/remove Noise Buds VS102 Neo from the list of paired devices in the Bluetooth menu.
• Take out the earbuds from the charging case.
• Tap either earbud 6 times.
• The LED will blink 3 times and a voice prompt saying "reset" will indicate earbuds have been reset.
• Place the earbuds inside the charging case and repeat the pairing process.

Choosing Your Eart-Tip Size

Earbuds are fitted with medium-sized tips. However, if you find that they don't fit perfectly, please remove them and try the small and large ear-tips.

Earbuds Charging

Place both earbuds inside the charging case to charge them.

Case Charging

Charge the case via the supplied Type-C charging cable, preferably from any PC or laptop as compared to a USB charger.

Flashing red LED = Charging ⚡ Charging

Solid red LED = Fully Charged ? Fully Charged

Controls

Playback and Call Controls

• Play/Pause: Tap either earbud twice.
• Previous Song: Tap the left earbud thrice.
• Next Song: Tap the right earbud thrice.
• Volume Up: Tap the right earbud once.
• Volume Down: Tap the left earbud once.
• Answer Call: Tap either earbud twice.
• End Call: Tap either earbud twice.
• Reject Call: Touch and hold either earbud for 2 seconds.
• Voice Assistant: Tap right earbud four times.
• Gaming Mode: Touch and hold the left earbud for 2 seconds.

Warranty

The warranty covers your Noise product, including accessories, against manufacturing defects (if any) for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Things that are not covered in the warranty

• Unauthorized tampering, modifications or repairs of the product.
• Physical damage of the product on the account of abuse, handling, storage, installation or testing including any use that is not by the product manual or documentation, or any other instruction provided along with the Noise product.

Follow these tips to get the best out of your new Noise Buds VS102 Neo:

• Do not expose the earbuds to liquids, moisture or humidity as they have electronics and batteries inside. ?
• Do not try to disassemble your earbuds. There are no user-serviceable parts inside it. ?
• Don't use abrasive cleaning solvents to clean your new earbuds. Wipe them down with a slightly damp cloth if and when necessary. ?
• Remove and clean the earbud tips regularly to ensure that you always enjoy the best sound possible. ✨
• Do not expose the earbuds to extremely high or low temperatures as this may damage the battery or even deform the plastic parts. ?️
• Do not throw the earbuds in a fire to dispose them. The internal battery may explode. ?
• Try not to drop the earbuds and keep them away from sharp objects such as keys in your pockets. ⚠️
• Only charge your earbuds from 5V USB ports such as phone chargers and laptops or PC chargers. ?
