GRUNDTAL Wall Drying Rack

The GRUNDTAL is a wall-mounted drying rack designed by IKEA. It offers a practical solution for drying laundry or storing items, with an adjustable length for versatile placement.

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Prepare Bracket

Take one bracket and one rod. Insert the rod into the designated hole on the bracket and secure it using one screw (part 121189) and the Allen key (part 100001).

Step 2: Attach Rods

Attach the remaining four rods to the same bracket, using four screws (part 121189) and the Allen key.

Step 3: Attach Second Bracket

Attach the second bracket to the other end of the five rods, using five screws (part 121189) and the Allen key.

Step 4: Adjust Length

Extend or retract the assembled rack to the desired length, which can range from 67 cm to 120 cm (26 2/4" to 47 1/4"). Exercise caution when adjusting telescopic parts ?.

Step 5: Prepare for Mounting

Hold the rack against the wall at the desired height. Use a pencil ✏️ to mark the mounting holes. Ensure the rack is level ?. Drill holes in the wall at the marked points.

Step 6: Mount to Wall

Secure the GRUNDTAL drying rack to the wall using appropriate screws and wall anchors (not included). Two people are recommended for mounting.
