Back of Machine

This section details the controls located on the back of the device.

The back panel features three primary buttons:

• SET Button: Used to enter setting modes and confirm selections.
• Plus Button (+): Used to increase values during setting and to switch temperature units to °C/°F under normal operation.
• Minus Button (-): Used to decrease values during setting and to switch between 12-hour and 24-hour time formats under normal operation.

General Operation Notes:

• To enter a setting mode (like date or time), press and hold the SET button.
• After completing one setting (e.g., Year), press the SET button again to advance to the next setting (e.g., Month).
• Under normal usage (not in a setting mode):
  • Press the Plus Button (+) to toggle between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F) temperature units.
  • Press the Minus Button (-) to toggle between 12-hour and 24-hour time formats.
• When in a setting mode, the Plus Button (+) and Minus Button (-) are used to adjust the flashing value (e.g., set the Year, Month, Day, Hour, or Minute).

Chapter 1: Date and Time Setting

Follow these steps to accurately set the date and time on your device.

1. Press and hold the [SET button] to enter the DATE setting mode. The Year (e.g., "2022") will begin to flash on the display.
2. Press the [Plus button] or [Minus button] to set the desired Year.
3. Press the [SET button] again. The Month (e.g., "1") will begin to flash.
4. Press the [Plus button] or [Minus button] to adjust the Month.
5. Press the [SET button] again. The Day (e.g., "1") will begin to flash.
6. Press the [Plus button] or [Minus button] to adjust the Day.
7. Press the [SET button] again to enter TIME setting mode. The Hour number (e.g., "12") will start to flash.
8. Press the [Plus button] or [Minus button] to adjust the Hour.
9. Press the [SET button] again. The Minute digit (e.g., "00") will start to flash.
10. Press the [Plus button] or [Minus button] to adjust the Minute.
11. Press the [SET button] one final time to save the Date and Time settings.

If no button is pressed for 15 seconds, the current settings will be automatically saved.

Device Display Description:

The device's screen displays current readings, including temperature (e.g., "20.6 °C"), humidity (e.g., "30 %"), and the date/time (e.g., "22:57 12/10"). During setting, specific values will flash.

Chapter 2: 12/24 Hr Change

This chapter explains how to switch between the 12-hour and 24-hour time display formats.

Under normal operating conditions, press the [Minus button] (which also functions as the 12/24 Hour Format button) to toggle between the 12-hour and 24-hour time formats.

Note: When the 12-hour format is selected, the display will show "AM" or "PM" to indicate the time of day.

Device Display Example:

The time display will change from a 24-hour format (e.g., "23:57") to a 12-hour format (e.g., "11:57 PM") or vice-versa.

Chapter 3: °F/°C Switch

This chapter details how to change the temperature display unit between Fahrenheit (°F) and Celsius (°C).

Under normal operating conditions, press the [Plus button] (which also functions as the °C/°F Unit button) to switch the temperature unit.

Device Display Example:

The temperature reading on the display will change from Celsius (e.g., "20.6 °C") to Fahrenheit (e.g., "69.1 °F") or vice-versa.
