  6. Select the correct device type and model in the app.
  7. Ensure your network is stable and keep the camera and phone close to the router during setup.
  8. Enter your Wi-Fi password (8-32 characters). Do not use emojis, special characters, or symbols in the Wi-Fi name or password. Avoid public networks.
  9. Web authentication networks are not supported.
  10. Ensure your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) is visible.
  11. VPN and proxy servers are not compatible.

Method 1: Bluetooth Connection (Recommended)

Tips for Optimal Motion Detection:

A. Camera Installation Based on Field of View:

  1. Check the camera's viewing angle to ensure the monitoring area is within its field of view.
  2. The ideal viewing distance is 2-10 meters for optimal recognition. For best results, avoid placing the camera too far or too high; the recommended height is 2.5 meters.

B. Installation Based on PIR Motion Sensor Detection:

  1. The PIR motion sensor detects motion within a maximum distance of 10 meters and a horizontal angle of 130°. Ensure movements are within this range to be detected.
  2. The PIR sensor is more sensitive to side-to-side movements than direct movements towards the camera.
