Sanding Heads

The DSPIAE ES-A Reciprocating Sander supports various sanding heads for different applications:

• Spherical sanding head (圆形磨头): 10*10mm
• Sledge sanding head (雪橇磨头): 10.5*7.5mm
• Arc sanding head (弧面磨头): 13*12mm
• Rectangular sanding head (长方形磨头): 10*5mm
• Slim sanding head (细长磨头): 10*3mm
• Triangular sanding head (三角磨头): 12*5mm
• Right angle sanding head (直角磨头): 10*9.5mm
• Square sanding head (方形磨头): 10*9.5mm

Preparation

Before operating the sander:

• 1. Choose a suitable sanding head.
• 2. Select appropriate grit sandpaper and securely attach it to the head.
• 3. Fit the sanding head onto the sander, ensuring it is fully inserted.

Instruction for Use

Operating the sander:

• 1. With the power off, click the function key once to start the sander at the first gear speed.
• 2. Click the function key again within 3 seconds to advance to the second gear. Click again within three seconds to reach the third gear.
• 3. After running in any gear for more than three seconds, a single click of the function key will turn the sander off.
• 4. If excessive pressure is detected on the sanding head, the sander will automatically shut off for protection.

(Chinese: 使用方法: 1.在关机状态下单击功能键,电磨笔以一档打磨速度启动。三秒内再次单击功能键,打磨速度变为二档。三秒内再次单击功能键,打磨速度变为三档。 2.在任意档位停留三秒之后再次单击功能键,电磨笔将会关机。 3.打磨时若对磨头施加过大的压力,打磨笔将智能检测过载判断关机。)

Key Indicators:

• Function Key (功能键): Controls power and speed.
• Power Indicator (电量指示灯): Shows battery status.
• Gear Indicator (档位指示灯): Shows the current speed setting (1st, 2nd, or 3rd gear).

Lighting Control

Managing the built-in light:

• 1. When the sander is powered off, the lighting system defaults to "off". Double-click the function key to turn it on.
• 2. In 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gear, the lighting system defaults to "on". Double-click the function key to turn it off.

(Chinese: 灯控方法: 1.在“关机”状态下,灯光默认为关闭,双击功能键即可打开灯光。 2.在“一档”、“二档”、“三档”状态下,灯光默认为打开。双击功能键即可关闭。)

Lighting Effect Setup

Customizing lighting effects:

Users can define their own lighting effects for "power off", "1st gear", "2nd gear", and "3rd gear" states.

• 1. While the light is on (in any gear), press and hold the function key to enter setup mode. The white light will blink twice.
• 2. Single-click the function key to cycle through ten available lighting modes.
• 3. To save the current mode, press and hold the function key again (or do nothing for 6 seconds). The white light will blink twice, indicating exit from setup mode.
• 4. Lighting settings are specific to the gear mode they were configured in.

(Chinese: 灯效设置: 用户可以分别设定“关机”、“一档”、“二档”、“三档”四种状态下的灯光效果。 1.在任意档位,当灯光打开时。长按功能键直至白色灯光闪烁两次,进入灯光设置模式。 2.单击功能键即可切换灯光效果,有十种灯光效果可以选择。 3.确认当前灯效,长按功能键(或六秒内不做任何操作)直至白色灯光闪烁两次,退出灯光设置模式。 4.以上灯光设置仅对当前档位有效。)

Lighting Modes: Mode 1, Mode 2, Mode 3, Mode 4, Mode 5, Mode 6, Mode 7, Mode 8, Power Breath, Power.

Charging Instructions

Charging the sander:

• 1. The sander will automatically stop working when the charging cord is connected. The function key will be unresponsive.
• 2. During charging, the lights will pulse. The red light turns green as charging nears completion.
• 3. A solid green light indicates that charging is complete.
• 4. The sander resumes normal operation once the charging cord is disconnected.

(Chinese: 充电方法: 1.连接电源线后,打磨笔将停止工作,功能键将暂时失效。 2.充电过程中,灯光将以脉冲形式闪烁。随着电量增加,灯光将会由红转绿。 3.充电完成后,灯光将会保持绿色长亮。 4.断开电源线后,打磨笔将会恢复到先前的工作状态。)
