Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps to assemble the MAULcocoon partition system:
Step 1: Frame Assembly
Attach the main frame component (Part 1) to the top of the vertical support posts (Part 2) using the connecting pieces (Part 3) and screws (Part 4). The diagram shows Part 1 being secured to the upper section of Part 2 with Part 3 and Part 4.
Step 2: Base Securing
Secure the base of the vertical support posts. Place the base bracket (Part 5) onto the bottom of a vertical post (Part 2). Insert a washer (Part 6) and then a screw (Part 7) through the bracket and into the post. Tighten using the provided wrench (Part 8).
Diagram Description: A detailed view shows Part 5 positioned at the base of Part 2, with Part 6 washer and Part 7 screw securing it. The wrench (Part 8) is shown for tightening.
Step 3: Connecting Units
To connect multiple partition units, align them as desired. Use the provided connectors and screws to join the units securely.
Diagram Description: The diagram illustrates the connection of two partition units at an angle. A close-up shows the connection mechanism, indicating alignment points and the use of fasteners.
Step 4: Angle Adjustment
The MAULcocoon system allows for flexible configurations, enabling partition units to be set at angles ranging from 90° to 180° relative to each other.
Diagram Description: An illustration shows two partition units angled apart, with a label indicating the adjustable angle range.
Step 5: Alignment Aid
For precise alignment when connecting partition units, use a credit card or a similar flat, rigid object to ensure edges are flush before tightening the connections.
Diagram Description: The diagram demonstrates using a credit card for accurate alignment of partition units, with arrows indicating the direction of adjustment.
