Shure Incorporated ("Shure") hereby warrants to the original consumer purchaser only that, except as otherwise specified below, this product will be free in normal use of any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the consumer's original date of purchase directly from Shure or from a Shure-authorized reseller.

BEGRENZTE GARANTIE
Shure Incorporated (,,Shure") garantiert hiermit dem Einzelhandels-Erstkäufer nur, sofern im Folgenden nichts anderes angegeben ist, dass dieses Produkt für einen Zeitraum von zwei (2) Jahren ab dem ursprünglichen Datum des vom Verbraucher vollzogenen Kaufs direkt von Shure oder von einem Shure-Vertragshändler bei normalem Gebrauch keine Material- und Herstellungsfehler aufweist.

Wiederaufladbare Batterien sind allerdings Verbrauchsgüter und ihre Kapazität verringert sich im Laufe der Zeit je nach Umgebungstemperatur, Aufbewahrungszeitraum, Anzahl der Ladezyklen und anderen Faktoren; eine Verringerung der Batteriekapazität stellt deshalb keinen Material- oder Herstellungsfehler dar.
Nach unserem eigenen Ermessen wird Shure ein schadhaftes Produkt reparieren oder umtauschen und Ihnen umgehend zurücksenden. Die Gültigkeit der Gewährleistung setzt voraus, dass der Verbraucher zum Zeitpunkt der Produktrücksendung einen Kaufnachweis in Form des Originalkaufbelegs direkt von Shure oder von einem Shure-Vertragshändler vorlegt. Falls sich Shure dazu entschließt, das defekte Produkt zu ersetzen, behält sich Shure nach eigenem Ermessen das Recht vor, das defekte Produkt durch ein anderes Produkt desselben Modells oder durch ein Modell, das mindestens vergleichbare Qualität und technische Eigenschaften aufweist, zu ersetzen.

GARANZIA LIMITATA
La Shure Incorporated ("Shure") garantisce al solo acquirente originario del prodotto che, se non diversamente specificato di seguito ed in condizioni di uso regolare, il prodotto sarà esente da difetti di materiali e manodopera per un periodo di due (2) anni a decorrere dalla data del primo acquisto avvenuto direttamente presso Shure o presso un rivenditore autorizzato.
Le batterie ricaricabili contenute nel prodotto o ad esso a corredo vengono garantite per un periodo di un (1) anno a decorrere dalla data del primo acquisto. Tuttavia, le batterie ricaricabili sono materiali di consumo la cui capacità si riduce nel tempo in relazione a temperatura, durata di stoccaggio, cicli di carica ed altri fattori; quindi, la riduzione della capacità delle batterie non rappresenta un difetto di materiale o manodopera.
A propria ed esclusiva discrezione, Shure provvederà a riparare o sostituire il prodotto difettoso e ve lo restituirà in tempi brevi. Ai fini della validità della presente garanzia, al momento della restituzione del prodotto, l'acquirente è tenuto a presentare lo scontrino originale, emesso da Shure o da un rivenditore autorizzato, comprovante l'acquisto. In caso di sostituzione del prodotto difettoso, Shure si riserverà il diritto di effettuare tale sostituzione con un altro prodotto dello stesso modello o altro modello avente caratteristiche e qualità almeno comparabili ad insindacabile giudizio di Shure stessa.
Se ritenete che questo prodotto sia difettoso, durante il periodo di garanzia, imballatelo accuratamente e speditelo assicurato e franco destinatario, unitamente allo scontrino, all'indirizzo indicato in fondo alla pagina.

GARANTIA LIMITADA
Shure Incorporated ("Shure") garantiza por este medio al comprador original del producto solamente que, salvo indicación contraria en el presente, este producto, utilizado normalmente, estará libre de defectos de materiales y de fabricación por un período de (2) años contados a partir de la fecha de compra original directamente de Shure o de un revendedor autorizado por Shure.
Las baterías recargables contenidas en este producto o empacadas con el mismo se encuentran igualmente garantizadas por un período de un (1) año contado a partir de la fecha de compra original. Sin embargo, las baterías recargables son artículos consumibles y su capacidad se reducirá con el tiempo dependiendo de la temperatura, el tiempo de almacenamiento, los ciclos de carga y otros factores; por lo que la reducción en la capacidad de la batería no constituye un defecto de materiales ni de fabricación.
Shure reparará o reemplazará exclusivamente a discreción propia el producto defectuoso y lo devolverá oportunamente al cliente. Para que esta garantía tenga validez, el consumidor deberá, al momento de devolver el producto, presentar un comprobante de compra en forma del recibo de compra original directamente de Shure o de un revendedor autorizado por Shure. Si Shure elige reemplazar el producto defectuoso, Shure se reserva el derecho de reemplazar el producto defectuoso por otro del mismo modelo o por un modelo de calidad y características comparables, a discreción exclusiva de Shure.
Si usted cree que el producto está defectuoso dentro del período de la garantía, embale cuidadosamente la unidad junto con su comprobante de compra y envíela porte pagado a Shure Incorporated, atención: Service Department, a la dirección que se da abajo.

A Shure Incorporated ("Shure") por intermédio do presente termo garante exclusivamente ao comprador consumidor original, exceto especificado o contrário abaixo, que este produto, em uso normal, estará livre de defeitos de material e mão de obra por um período de dois (2) anos a partir da data de compra original pelo consumidor diretamente da Shure ou de um revendedor autorizado Shure.
Todas as pilhas recarregáveis contidas ou embaladas com este produto também têm garantia de um (1) ano a partir da data de compra original pelo consumidor. No entanto, as pilhas recarregáveis são artigos de consumo e sua capacidade será reduzida com o passar do tempo, dependendo da temperatura, tempo de armazenamento, ciclos de carregamento e outros fatores, portanto, a redução da capacidade das pilhas não constitui um defeito no material ou na mão de obra.
A seu exclusivo critério, a Shure reparará ou substituirá os produtos defeituosos, e imediatamente os devolverá ao cliente. Para que esta garantia seja válida, o consumidor deve, no momento em que retornar o produto para a Shure, fornecer prova de aquisição na forma de um recibo original de compra emitido diretamente pela Shure ou por um revendedor autorizado Shure. Caso decida substituir o produto com defeito, a Shure se reserva o direito de substituí-lo por outro de igual modelo ou por um modelo pelo menos comparável em termos de qualidade e características, baseado em critérios exclusivos da Shure.
Se acreditar que este produto apresenta defeito dentro do período de garantia, embale a unidade cuidadosamente e a envie com porte pago e seguro, juntamente com o comprovante de compra, para a Shure Incorporated, a atenção do: Service Department, no endereço abaixo.
Os clientes fora dos Estados Unidos devem devolver o produto ao seu Centro de Assistência Técnica Autorizada Shure ou ao revendedor local. Os endereços estão relacionados em www. Shure.com ou podem ser obtidos entrando em contato com a Shure no endereço abaixo.
A presente garantia é intransferível. Esta garantia não se aplica em casos de abuso ou má utilização do produto, em casos de uso contrário às instruções da Shure, desgaste normal, atos de Deus, uso negligente, aquisição de outra fonte que não a Shure ou um revendedor autorizado Shure, em casos de reparo não autorizado ou modificações no produto.
TODAS AS GARANTIAS IMPLÍCITAS DE COMERCIABILIDADE OU DE ADEQUAÇÃO PARA UM DETERMINADO FIM SÃO NULAS CONFORME PERMITIDO SOB AS LEIS APLICÁVEIS E, QUANDO A LEI NÃO PERMITE, SÃO LIMITADAS PELO PRESENTE TERMO À DURAÇÃO E AOS TERMOS DESTA GARANTIA. A SHURE, POR INTERMÉDIO DO PRESENTE TERMO, TAMBÉM NÃO RECONHECE NENHUMA RESPONSABILIDADE POR DANOS INCIDENTAIS, ESPECIAIS OU CONSEQUENTES.
Alguns Estados norte-americanos não permitem que limites de duração de uma garantia implícita sejam estipulados nem que haja a exclusão ou limitação de danos incidentais ou consequentes, portanto, tal limitação pode não se aplicar ao seu caso. Esta garantia proporciona ao cliente direitos legais específicos; o mesmo também poderá possuir outros direitos que variam dependendo do Estado onde resida.
Esta garantia não limita os direitos do consumidor requeridos em conformidade com as leis aplicáveis.
ESTA GARANTIA SUBSTITUI TODAS AS OUTRAS QUE ESTEJAM ASSOCIADAS OU INCLUÍDAS COM ESTE PRODUTO, EXCETO QUE, QUALQUER SOFTWARE CONTIDO OU EMPACOTADO COM ESTE PRODUTO ESTÁ EXCLUÍDO DESTA GARANTIA E DEVE ESTAR COBERTO PELA GARANTIA, SE HOUVER, FORNECIDA PELO CONTRATO DE LICENÇA DO USUÁRIO FINAL QUE ACOMPANHA TAL SOFTWARE.
BEPERKTE GARANTIE
Shure Incorporated ("Shure") garandeert uitsluitend de oorspronkelijke koper dat dit product bij normaal gebruik geen materiaal- of constructiefouten bevat. Met uitzondering van de onderstaande gevallen is deze garantie twee (2) jaar geldig vanaf de oorspronkelijke datum waarop het product direct bij Shure of een door Shure erkende wederverkoper is gekocht.
Voor oplaadbare batterijen die in dit product zijn opgenomen of erbij zijn meegeleverd, geldt deze garantie één (1) jaar vanaf de oorspronkelijke aankoopdatum. Oplaadbare batterijen zijn echter onderhevig aan slijtage en de capaciteit ervan neemt na verloop van tijd af als gevolg van factoren zoals temperatuur, opslagtijd, oplaadcycli, enz. Daarom wordt de afname van de capaciteit van de batterijen niet als materiaal- of constructiefout beschouwd.
Shure zal geheel naar eigen inzicht het defecte product repareren of vervangen en zo snel mogelijk aan u retourneren. Deze garantie is alleen geldig als de kopers op het moment dat ze het product retourneren, een aankoopbewijs overhandigen in de vorm van de originele aankoopbon die ze direct van Shure of een door Shure erkende wederverkoper hebben ontvangen. Als Shure ervoor kiest het defecte product te vervangen, behoudt Shure zich het recht voor het defecte product te vervangen door een ander product van hetzelfde model of van een model dat minstens dezelfde kwaliteit en functies heeft, zulks uitsluitend ter beoordeling van Shure.
Als u van mening bent dat dit product binnen de garantieperiode gebreken bevat, pakt u het product voorzichtig opnieuw in, verzekert u het en retourneert u het franco met het aankoopbewijs aan Shure Incorporated, ter attentie van: Service Department, op het onderstaande adres.
Buiten de Verenigde Staten retourneert u het product aan de handelaar of een erkend servicecentrum van Shure. De adressen worden op www.Shure.com vermeld en zijn verkrijgbaar van Shure op het onderstaande adres.
Deze garantie is niet overdraagbaar. De garantie is niet geldig als het product van een andere partij dan Shure of door Shure erkende wederverkoper is gekocht of als er sprake is van verkeerd gebruik van het product, gebruik dat afwijkt van de aanwijzingen van Shure, gewone slijtage, overmacht, nalatigheid, onbevoegde reparatie of aanpassing van het product.
ALLE STILZWIJGENDE GARANTIES VAN VERKOOPBAARHEID OF GESCHIKTHEID VOOR EEN BEPAALD DOEL WORDEN HIERBIJ AFGEWEZEN VOOR ZOVER DE VAN TOEPASSING ZIJNDE WETGEVING DIT TOELAAT EN, VOOR ZOVER DEZE DIT NIET TOELAAT, BEPERKT TOT DE DUUR EN VOORWAARDEN VAN DEZE GARANTIE. SHURE WIJST HIERBIJ OOK ALLE AANSPRAKELIJKHEID AF VOOR INCIDENTELE EN BIJZONDERE SCHADE OF GEVOLGSCHADE.
In sommige landen is het niet toegestaan de duur van een stilzwijgende garantie te beperken of incidentele schade en gevolgschade uit te sluiten of te beperken. Mogelijk is bovenstaande beperking derhalve niet op u van toepassing. Deze garantie biedt u specifieke wettelijke rechten. Mogelijk hebt u ook andere rechten die per land verschillen.
Met deze garantie worden de rechten van consumenten onder de van toepassing zijnde wetgeving niet beperkt.
DEZE GARANTIE HEEFT VOORRANG OP ALLE ANDERE GARANTIES DIE OP DIT PRODUCT VAN TOEPASSING ZIJN OF MET DIT PRODUCT WORDEN MEEGELEVERD. DE GARANTIE GELDT ECHTER NIET VOOR SOFTWARE DIE IN HET PRODUCT IS VERWERKT OF MET HET PRODUCT WORDT MEEGELEVERD. OP DE DESBETREFFENDE SOFTWARE IS DE GARANTIE VAN TOEPASSING DIE IN DE MEEGELEVERDE LICENTIEOVEREENKOMST VOOR EINDGEBRUIKERS VAN SHURE IS OPGENOMEN.

GARANSI TERBATAS
Shure Incorporated ("Shure") dengan ini memberikan garansi kepada pembeli atau konsumen dari produk Shure bahwa hanya produk ini yang akan bebas dari pemakaian normal terhadap cacat-cacat dalam pembuatan selama jangka waktu 2 (dua) tahun dari tanggal pembelian semula oleh konsumen langsung dari Shure atau dari agen resmi Shure.
Semua baterai isi ulang yang terdapat di dalam dan dikemas dengan produk ini juga mendapat garansi selama satu (1) tahun sejak tanggal pembelian semula.Namun, baterai isi ulang bisa habis masa pakainya dan kapasitasnya akan berkurang dari waktu ke waktu yang disebabkan oleh suhu, lama penyimpanan, siklus pengisian daya, dan faktor lain; oleh karenanya berkurangnya kapasitas baterai ini tidak termasuk cacat dalam pembuatan.
Dengan opsi tunggalnya, Shure bersedia untuk memperbaiki atau mengganti produk yang cacat dan segera mengirimkan ke alamat Anda. Agar garansi ini berlaku, pada saat produk ini dikembalikan, konsumen harus memberikan tanda bukti pembelian dalam bentuk kuitansi asli pembelian langsung dari Shure atau dari agen resmi Shure.Seandainya Shure memilih untuk mengganti produk yang cacat, maka Shure berhak untuk mengganti produk yang cacat itu dengan produk lain dari model yang sama atau model yang setidak-tidaknya dengan kualitas dan fitur yang setara dengan penentuan tunggal oleh Shure.
Jika Anda yakin produk ini cacat dalam jangka waktu garansi, silakan kemas kembali unit produk tersebut dengan hati-hati, pastikan dan kirim kembali bersama bukti pembelian, melalui pos, kepada Shure Incorporated, U.p.: Service Department, pada alamat di bawah ini.Service Department, pada alamat di bawah ini.

Garansi ini tidak dapat dipindahkan.Garansi ini tidak berlaku jika kerusakan produk tersebut disebabkan oleh penyalahgunaan atau kesalahan tata cara pemakaian, pemakaian yang bertentangan dengan petunjuk Shure, aus normal, bencana alam, kelalaian pemakaian, dibeli dari pihak lain selain dari Shure atau agen resmi Shure, perbaikan yang dilakukan bukan di dealer resmi, atau produk tersebut telah dimodifikasi.
SEMUA GARANSI YANG TERMASUK DARI YANG DAPAT DIJUAL-BELIKAN ATAUPUN KEMAMPUAN UNTUK MAKSUD TERTENTU DENGAN INI DITOLAK PADA TINGKAT YANG DIBOLEHKAN BERDASARKAN UNDANG-UNDANG YANG BERLAKU DAN, PADA TINGKAT YANG TIDAK DIBOLEHKAN, DENGAN INI DIBATASI PADA LAMANYA DAN JANGKA WAKTU GARANSI INI. SHURE JUGA DENGAN INI MENOLAK SEMUA KEWAJIBAN DARI KERUSAKAN YANG BERSIFAT KEBETULAN, KHUSUS MAUPUN KERUSAKAN YANG DIAKIBATKANNYA.
Beberapa negara tidak mengizinkan pembatasan pada berapa lama garansi tersebut berlangsung, atau larangan maupun pembatasan terhadap kerusakan yang bersifat kebetulan atau yang ditimbulkan, maka pembatasan di atas tidak bisa berlaku pada Anda. Garansi ini memberikan Anda hak hukum khusus, dan Anda mungkin memiliki hak lain yang berbeda dari setiap negara.
Garansi ini tidak membatasi hak-hak konsumen yang diharuskan menurut undang-undang yang berlaku.
GARANSI INI MENGGANTIKAN SEMUA GARANSI LAINNYA YANG TERKAIT DENGAN ATAU YANG TERMASUK DALAM PRODUK INI, KECUALI PERANGKAT LUNAK YANG TERDAPAT DALAM DAN DIKEMAS DENGAN PRODUK INI TIDAK TERCAKUP DALAM GARANSI INI DAN SEBALIKNYA AKAN DICAKUP OLEH GARANSI, JIKA ADA, YANG DIBERIKAN DALAM PERNYATAAN LISENSI PENGGUNA AKHIR SHURE YANG MENYERTAI PERANGKAT LUNAK TERSEBUT.
