Before contacting the Service Centre, attempt the following solutions for common issues:

  1. Touchscreen Issues:
    • Remove protective covers or accessories.
    • Ensure clean hands when using the touchscreen.
    • Restart the device to clear software bugs.
    • Update the device software to the latest version.
    • Visit the Service Centre for touchscreen damage.
  2. Device Not Turning On:
    • Charge the battery fully before turning on the device.
  3. Call Connectivity Issues:
    • Confirm the correct cellular network.
    • Check for call barring settings.
    • Ensure no obstruction to the device's microphone.
    • Verify proper headset connection.
  4. Network or Service Errors:
    • Move to an area with better signals.
    • Check for required subscriptions.
  5. Internet or Call Quality Issues:
    • Avoid blocking the device's internal antenna.
    • Move to an area with stronger signals.
    • Check for enabled wireless network services.

RF Exposure Statement

SAR tests are conducted using standard operating positions according standards with the device transmitting at its highest certified power level in all tested frequency bands, although the SAR is determined at the highest certified power level, the actual SAR level of the device while operating can be well below the maximum value. This model product has been tested and meets the RF exposure guidelines with the test distance 0mm for head and 5mm for body worn. The highest SAR1g value is 0.556 W/Kg for head and 0.595 W/Kg for body worn. The use of belt clips, holsters and similar accessories should not contain metallic components in its assembly. The use of accessories that do not satisfy these requirements may not comply with RF exposure requirements, and should be avoided.
