Frequently Asked Questions

1. Slow charging

The phone itself or the external receiving coil may allow a different amount of wireless charging current, or applications running on the phone may consume a lot of power. It is recommended to reduce or close running applications.

2. Intermittent charging / Blinking indicator light / Insufficient charging current

Please use a charging head (adapter) with a full power output of 9V/2A or OC3.0 or higher.

3. Charging heat

During the wireless charging process, it is normal for the receiving coil or transmitter board to heat up. It is recommended to adjust the charging position.

4. Charger does not work

Do not place metal objects or magnetic cards in the charging area. If the product does not work due to overheating, please remove the phone and wait for it to cool down before trying to charge.

5. Main unit indicator light is normal, but the cell phone cannot be charged

This could be due to a cell phone receiving coil failure or the external magnetic suction piece charging position being inaccurate. Suggest adjusting the position of the external magnetic suction ring or repairing the cell phone.

6. Main unit indicator light does not light up

This indicates a main unit failure. Please contact after-sales service personnel.
