Safety Instructions

- Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (ni-cab, ni-mh, etc.) batteries.

Hardware Structure
Product Interface Introduction:
- TV Stick: Features a USB port, HD output.
- Remote Control: Includes Power ON/OFF, Voice, Menu, OK, Mouse, Arrow keys, Back, Del, Home, Channel Up/Down, Volume +/-, and Volume Mute buttons.
System Connection
- Connect the TV Stick to the HD input port of the TV set.
- Connect the TV Stick to the power supply.
- Switch on the TV Stick and connect it to the network via WiFi.
- Open any TV or movie you want to see.
Bluetooth Pairing Method
For the first pairing: Place the remote control near the TV stick. Press and hold the [LEFT] and [RIGHT] buttons on the remote control for about 10 seconds simultaneously. The red light on the remote control will flash constantly, then release to automatically enter pairing mode.
Second pairing (Bluetooth reconnection): Press any button on the remote control to reconnect.
Remote Indicator Status:
- Infrared status: When infrared is emitted, the LED blinks 2 times continuously when the key is pressed; the LED goes out when the key is pushed up.
- Bluetooth status: When sending Bluetooth, the LED will be on when the button is pressed; the LED will be off when the button is pushed up.
Troubleshooting
- No display after power on? Confirm your device is connected to the TV well and set the correct HD Input from your TV configuration.
- TV has images but no sound? Make sure your TV is not in mute and the volume is not too low.
- Fail to connect to the network? Ensure the Ethernet cable is properly connected. Verify Wi-Fi is functional and your TV stick has a strong enough signal from your router.
- Remote control failure?
- Replace the battery of the remote control with a new one, ensuring correct polarity.
- Make sure the remote control is within the range of the TV stick.
- Go to the Setting menu to unpair and re-pair the remote control.
