About the VR-160
The Yaesu VR-160 is a high-performance, micro-miniature communications receiver. It covers a wide frequency range from 100 kHz to 1299.995 MHz, supporting AM and FM (Wide and Narrow bandwidths) modes. This includes AM/FM broadcast bands, HF Shortwave, VHF/UHF TV bands, the VHF AM aircraft band, and numerous commercial and public safety frequencies.
