Getting Started

First Use: Ensure your earbuds and charging case are fully charged before the initial use.

Charging the Earbuds: Place the earbuds into the charging case. The LED indicator on the earbuds will turn solid red, and the case's LED will pulse white while charging. A 15-minute charge provides approximately 2 hours of playback.

Charging the Case: Connect the case to a power source using a Type-C cable. The LED indicator on the case will pulsate green while charging and turn solid green when fully charged. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.

Bluetooth Connectivity

Pairing: Open the charging case, and the earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode. The LEDs on the earbuds will flash red and blue. On your device, go to Bluetooth settings, search for "TruSense TWS", and select it to connect.

If the earbuds do not connect within 5 minutes, they will automatically power off.

Noise Cancellation

The TruSense TWS features both Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) to block external sounds and Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) to enhance voice call clarity. ENC is enabled by default during calls.

Controls and Functions

Music Control: Play/Pause by tapping twice on either earbud. Skip to the next song by tapping the right earbud three times. Go to the previous song by tapping the left earbud three times.

Voice Assistant: Activate your smartphone's voice assistant by touching and holding either earbud for 2 seconds.

Managing Calls: Answer or end a call by tapping either earbud twice. Reject an incoming call by touching and holding either earbud for 2 seconds.

Waterproof Rating: The TruSense TWS have an IPX5 rating, making them suitable for rain and sweaty workouts, but not for swimming or bathing.

Battery Life: Enjoy up to 35 hours of total playback time with the charging case. This is with ANC off and volume at 50%.

Single Earbud Use: Yes, you can use the earbuds individually, which is ideal for staying aware of your surroundings or for longer listening sessions.
