Regarding Pricing:
For repeat orders, unit prices may fluctuate based on quantity, market conditions, and exchange rates. For OEM/custom orders and sample arrangements, payment is generally 100% in advance, aligned with the payment schedule for the factory.
Regarding Delivery Time:
The delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Due to overseas production, shipping, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather or transport conditions, delays may occur. We provide estimated schedules based on past experience, so please allow ample time for your orders.
Regarding Quantity Discrepancies:
For overseas production, especially for promotional items from the USA, a discrepancy of ±5% is the global standard. While we strive to minimize discrepancies based on past import experience, please understand this possibility in advance. If ensuring exact quantities is critical, please consult with us beforehand.
Regarding Quality:
As these products are manufactured overseas, quality and inspection standards adhere to global benchmarks, not necessarily Japanese standards. Items such as color matching, product uniformity, and slight variations in print or hot stamping (which is often done by hand for promotional items) may occur. Minor color variations, slight text blurring, or small plate misalignments are difficult to avoid. Some minor scuff marks from packaging may also be present. Please appreciate these as characteristics of handmade American products. Alternatively, please factor these possibilities into your cost estimates and order quantities.
Regarding Inspection:
We conduct quantity inspections upon import. Quality inspections are performed by the respective manufacturers according to their quality standards.
Regarding Defective Products:
For defects beyond the scope of the above, or incorrect shipments, we will address them based on the situation, which may include arranging for replacements. Compensation will not exceed the selling price, and we cannot guarantee sales.
Regarding Digital Proofs (Confirmation via image without pre-production sample):
This method offers benefits such as cost reduction for small lot orders and shorter delivery times. However, as it is a final confirmation via image, there can be a gap between the digital representation and the actual product, especially concerning print quality and fine text. We cannot offer claims, free exchanges, or compensation for such discrepancies. While beneficial, please use this method at your own risk. If a small gap between the image and the final product is unacceptable, please ensure a pre-production sample is created.
