Electrical Requirements: An electrical supply with a grounded three-prong receptacle is required. The power supply circuit must be installed in accordance with the current edition of the National Electrical Code (NFPA 70) and local codes & ordinances. Always consult local and national electric & plumbing codes.
Installation Notes: Floor should be a level surface of hard material, capable of supporting a fully loaded refrigerator. For installation adjacent to a wall or appliance extending beyond the front edge, a 20" minimum clearance is recommended for optimal door swing (120°-180°). Absolute 4-1/2" minimum clearance allows only 90° door swing. Avoid installing in direct sunlight or near heat sources like ranges or dishwashers. Ensure the front grille remains unobstructed for proper ventilation.
Water Supply Requirements: Water pressure must be between 30 and 100 psi. Copper tubing with 1/4" O.D. is recommended for the water supply line. Optional Water Supply Installation Kits are available.
