- USB power cable with long-range Wi-Fi® receiver

Details of the Streaming Stick:
The Roku Streaming Stick features an HDMI connector, a Reset button, a Status light, and a USB power port.
Details of the Remote:
The Roku Remote includes controls for: Microphone, Status light, TV power, Volume, Mute, Options, Voice commands, Instant replay, and Channel shortcuts.
Let's get started
Step 1: Connect your streaming player
Plug the USB power cable into your streaming player. It is recommended to keep the power cable coiled using the included velcro wrap.

Step 2: Connect to TV
For the best streaming experience, use the included USB power cable and power adaptor to connect your streaming player to a wall outlet.
Alternative connection: Or use the included USB power cable to connect to the USB port on your TV. See Wi-Fi® tips for more information.
Note: If you see a red light on your streaming player, the USB port on your TV may not be providing enough power. Use the included power adaptor instead.

Step 3: Select input
Use your TV remote to power on your TV and select the input (source) you used to connect your streaming player (e.g., HDMI 1, HDMI 2).
Step 4: Pair your remote
Pull out the battery tab on the back of your remote. It will pair to your streaming player automatically.

Step 5: Follow on-screen setup
Follow the instructions displayed on your TV screen. Activate your streaming player by using your computer or smartphone to link a Roku account.
Important: Roku never charges for activation support.
Tips for better Wi-Fi® performance

For the best performance, separate the Wi-Fi® receiver from other cables behind your TV.
DO NOT
To minimize interference, do not place the Wi-Fi® receiver near exposed input ports or resting on other electronic devices.
