Release Note for ER706W(EU) v1.0/v1.20

Important Notice

This is a transitional firmware for RED certification compliance which is not complied to RED certification. To fully comply to RED certification, it is recommended to upgrade to version 1.2.2 afterwards.

Once upgraded to version 1.2.1, you will not be able to downgrade to previous versions. Contact Omada technical support if downgrade is required.

Bug Fixed

1. Fixed the issue that the DHCP address pool would not generate any log when all IP addresses were exhausted in specific scenarios.
2. Fixed the issue that the L2TP server process occasionally crashed.
3. Fixed the issue that the IPS process exited abnormally and generated a core-dump file, which led to memory exhaustion.
4. Fixed the issue that static route entries with special characters in the name field could not take effect.
5. Fixed the issue that the L2TP server occasionally leaked address pools when iOS devices connected.
6. Fixed several security issues.
