FRONT SIDE
Product Overview
Earbuds: Two wireless earbuds, one for the left ear (marked 'L') and one for the right ear. Each has a small protective sticker on the top back side.
Portable Charging Case: A compact case designed to hold and charge the earbuds.
- Front View: Shows the charging case closed, with a logo and text "PHANTOM TRUE WIRELESS EARBUDS".
- Back View: Shows the charging case closed, with a Micro USB charging port and an LED indicator.
Instruction Manual: A booklet titled "INSTRUCTION MANUAL" providing guidance.
Micro USB Charging Cable: A white cable with a standard [USB Plug] on one end and a [Micro USB Plug] on the other.
Key Components Labeled:
- On/Off Button / Play/Pause Music / Answer/End Call: A multi-function button located on the earbuds.
- LED Indicator (Earbuds): A small light on each earbud.
- Micro USB Charging Port: The port on the charging case for power input.
- LED Indicator (Charging Case): A light on the charging case indicating its status.
Power On/Off
Power On: Press and hold the [On/Off Button] on the earbuds for 3 seconds. The LED will flash.
Power Off: Press and hold the [On/Off Button] on the earbuds for 4 seconds. The LED will turn off.
Pair the wireless earbuds with your mobile device
- Keep earbuds within 32.8 feet of your mobile device.
- Deactivate Bluetooth on your mobile device.
- Remove protective stickers from earbuds and place them in the charging case.
- Take both earbuds out of the charging case. Wait 3-5 seconds for auto-pairing. The earbuds will flash Red and Blue alternately. The other earbud will flash Blue slowly when auto-pairing is successful.
- Activate Bluetooth on your mobile device and select "Phantom TWS".
- After successful pairing, both earbuds will flash blue slowly.
Attention: Manual Pairing (if auto-pairing fails):
- Ensure earbuds are charged.
- Deactivate Bluetooth on your mobile device (and any other nearby paired devices).
- Power on both earbuds simultaneously by pressing [On/Off Buttons] for 3 seconds. Wait 3-5 seconds for auto-pairing (with Bluetooth off on your mobile device).
- Activate Bluetooth on your mobile device and select "CHIC TWS".
- After successful pairing, both earbuds will flash blue slowly.
Reconnect the wireless earbuds to your mobile device
When powered on, earbuds automatically connect to the last paired device.
Disconnect the wireless earbuds from your mobile device
- Power off the wireless earbuds.
- Switch off Bluetooth on your mobile phone.
- Leave earbuds more than 60 feet away from your mobile phone.
BACK SIDE
Answer / Reject a call
Answer/Reject: Press the [On/Off Button] once on either earbud to accept. Press and hold for 2 seconds to reject.
End a call
Press the [On/Off Button] on either earbud to end the call.
Functions
- Pause / Play Music: Short press [On/Off Button].
- Previous Song: Press Left [On/Off Button] for 1 second.
- Next Song: Press Right [On/Off Button] for 1 second.
- Volume Up: Double click Right [On/Off Button].
- Volume Down: Double click Left [On/Off Button].
Charging your Earbuds
- Open the charging case.
- Remove protective stickers between earbuds and case.
- Insert earbuds into the case.
- Earbuds begin charging automatically.
- Earbud LED indicator turns Red while charging.
- Earbud LED turns off when fully charged.
Recharge Charging Case
Note: Use only appropriate 5V input chargers/adapters. Do not use Quick Charging adapters.
- Use the provided [Micro USB Charging Cable].
- Connect the [Micro USB Plug] to the charging case port and the [USB Plug] to a computer or wall adapter.
- Charging case LED turns Red while charging.
- Charging case LED turns off when fully charged.
NOTE:
- Use a qualified charger from a regular manufacturer.
- Charge the case and earbuds if not used for over 6 months.
FAQ
If earbuds cannot be paired:
- Ensure earbuds are in pairing or reconnection mode.
- Ensure Bluetooth search is activated on your mobile device.
If earbuds will not turn on:
- Ensure earbuds are fully charged.
- Ensure protective stickers are removed.
Can the battery be changed?
No, the earbuds and charging case use non-detachable batteries.
If the charging case cannot be recharged:
- If using a power outlet, ensure it's securely connected and working.
- If using a computer, ensure it's connected and the USB port is powered.
Safety instructions for the lithium battery and charging the product
- Input voltage: 5V 1A.
- Use only certified chargers/adapters.
- Charge at ambient temperatures between 10°C (50°F) and 40°C (104°F).
- Do not heat above 70°C (158°F), expose to sunlight, or throw into fire.
- Switch off the product after use.
- The manufacturer is not responsible for damage due to incorrect operation (e.g., voltage higher than 5V).
- Abuse or misuse of lithium battery packs can lead to explosion, heat, fire, or smoke.
