Introduction

This document provides essential guidance for configuring the WiFi settings on common Luxpowertek inverter models. It outlines the steps required to establish a network connection for monitoring and managing your solar energy system.

Connecting to the Inverter's WiFi Hotspot

To begin the WiFi setup process, follow these steps:

  1. Step 1: Power On the Inverter

    Ensure the inverter is powered on. Wait until the inverter's indicator light (INV LED) becomes solid. This indicates the inverter is ready for configuration.

  2. Step 2: Connect Your Device

    Using a smartphone or laptop, search for available WiFi networks. Connect to the WiFi hotspot broadcast by the inverter's WiFi module. The specific network name (SSID) and password may be found on the module itself or in accompanying documentation.

Utilizing the Local Connect Function

In situations where an external WiFi signal is not available at the installation site, the "LOCAL CONNECT" function allows users to monitor and configure the system directly. This feature enables a local connection to the inverter for setup and data access without relying on a broader network.
