Frequently Asked Questions
No display on the screen, no power: Check the USB cable for damage or try a different cable. Ensure the voltage is not higher than 5V.
No speed display: Ensure the vehicle is in an open area for satellite signal acquisition. The satellite icon will stop flashing once a signal is acquired.
Speed displayed after car stops: This can occur in areas with unstable GPS signals (tunnels, parking lots). Driving in an open area should resolve this.
Speed is not accurate: Verify the speed unit (Km/H or MPH) and use the speed fine-tuning feature to calibrate the displayed speed against the vehicle's dashboard.
Time calibration: The device defaults to Beijing time (+8:00). Time zones can be adjusted in the setting menu. Note that the time displayed may be the time zone if the satellite is not found; adjust to the correct time zone and then calibrate.
Driving direction displayed incorrectly: Direction display requires a minimum driving speed of 5Km/h for the satellite to identify the vehicle's direction.
