Expected Usage: C600 outdoor portable power bank/battery for any digital devices, maximum power consumption is 700 W.

Precautions for Use

For first-time use, fully charge the battery.
Use in a well-ventilated environment, ensuring vents are not blocked.
Maintain a temperature range between -10°C and 45°C during use. Low temperatures may affect discharge capacity, but charging and discharging in cold environments can help the battery reach its optimal working state.
Check the voltage on the back label for compatibility with your electrical product before use to prevent damage.
Normal heat generation during charging is expected; the standard charger meets safety standards.
To maintain battery quality and longevity, charge the product immediately when the battery is low.
While the product has some water resistance, do not immerse it in water to prevent damage to internal parts.
When the product stand and solar panel are open, do not press hard to avoid damage.
Do not disassemble the product or expose it to fire or temperatures above 100°C.
The battery capacity exceeds 100 Wh, as stipulated in "Air Transport Regulations", and cannot be taken on an airplane.
Keep out of reach of children.

Product Appearance Introduction

01. 30W Solar Panels: Integrated solar panels for charging.

02. Cooling Fan: Activates when the core temperature reaches approximately 45°C to dissipate heat and stops when the temperature drops below 40°C. The fan also activates instantly when AC power is turned on.

03. LCD Display: Shows battery percentage, working status, input/output power, and other information.

04. LCD Switch: Press to illuminate the display. The display automatically turns off after 15 seconds if no AC/DC output switch is active.

05. USB Output Port: Includes 2 USB-A ports supporting QC3.0 18W and a Type-C PD 65W fast charge port.

06. DC Input Port: Connect the included adapter charging cable, car charging cable, or an external solar panel charging cable to charge the product.

AC Output Switch: Press to display "OUT AC" on the LCD and activate the AC output port. Press again to turn off AC power output.

AC Output Port: Supplies AC power to electrical products with a power rating of 600W or less.

DC Output Port: Features 2 DC ports. An accessory pack includes a DC cable and 10 DC transmission ports for conversion as needed.

DC Output Switch: Press to display "OUT DC" on the LCD and activate USB-A, USB-C, DC output, and car charger output. Press again to turn off DC power output.

Car Charger Socket: Used with the car charging cable for output. The product can also be charged using the included car charging cable.

Support Bracket: Open the stand when charging with the solar panel.

Introduction of Display Icons

The LCD display provides various indicators:

Battery Level Display: Shows the remaining battery percentage (e.g., 100, 80, 60, 40, 20).
Charging Input Display: Indicates power input (IN).
DC Charging Input Display: Shows DC power input.
Solar Panel Charging Input Display: Shows solar power input.
Discharge Output Display: Shows power output (OUT DC, OUT AC).
Time Display: Shows remaining time or operational time (BBH).
Voltage Display: Shows output voltage (BBV).
Frequency Display: Shows output frequency (88Hz).
Cooling Fan is Running Icon: Indicates the cooling fan is active.
Overheating Prevention Display Icon: Indicates the product is preventing overheating.

How to Use

To charge this product:

Adapter Charging: Use the included charging cable (DC Input). The battery icon will flash during charging and stop flashing when fully charged.
Car Charging: Use the included car charging cable (DC Input). For ICE cars, start the engine before charging to avoid draining the car battery.
Solar Charging: Open the back cover to expose the solar panel. Open the back bracket, align the solar panel with the strongest direct sunlight. Charging power depends on sunlight intensity (maximum voltage is met when sunlight exceeds 25,000 Lux).
External Solar Panel: Charge the product by connecting an external solar panel (sold separately) to the DC input port.

Power supply for DC devices:

Press the DC output switch. The LCD will display "OUT DC". The power bank is ready to charge DC devices. Turn off the DC output after use.

Power supply for AC devices:

Press the AC output switch. The LCD will display "OUT AC". The power bank is ready to charge AC devices. Turn off the AC output after use.

Note: The AC output is 110V ~ 60Hz, 600W. Ensure the input voltage, frequency, and power of AC devices are compatible.

Charging Method

The BROWEY PN-C600 can be charged via multiple methods:

Adapter: DC24V/4.5A, approximately 6 hours for a full charge.
Solar Panels: DC12-30V/4.5A, charging time varies with sunlight intensity.
Car DC: 12-24V, approximately 6-12 hours for a full charge.
Built-in 30W Solar Panel: Provides solar charging capabilities.

BMS Protection Mode

The Battery Management System (BMS) provides multiple protection features:

Low Voltage Protection: Prevents over-discharge. The battery icon flashes, and charging stops. Charge the product.
DC Overcurrent Protection: If DC device current exceeds the maximum allowance, "OUT DC" flashes, and DC output turns off with a "dip dip dip" sound. Remove devices and restart DC output.
DC Short Circuit Protection: If the DC output is shorted, "OUT DC" flashes, and DC output turns off with a "dip dip dip" sound. Troubleshoot and restart DC output.
AC Overload Protection: If AC device power exceeds the maximum allowance (≤ 600W), AC output turns off with a "dip dip dip" sound, and the (P) icon flashes. Ensure devices are within the rated power range.
AC Short Circuit Protection: If AC output is shorted, the (O) icon flashes, AC output turns off with a "dip dip dip" sound. Troubleshoot and restart AC output.
Overheat Protection: If the product overheats during high power use, the fan activates. A "dip dip dip" sound may occur, and the (1) icon flashes. The product can be used normally again after it cools down and the load factor decreases.

Troubleshooting

Problem	Troubleshooting	Solution
The power bank cannot be turned on.	The two ends of the charging cable are not firmly connected, and the display is not on.	Firmly connect both ends of the charging cable.
No output is working.	AC/DC output switch may not be pressed.	Try pressing the AC/DC output switches.
	Electrical devices may not be properly connected to the power bank.	Ensure the power cable is securely connected.
	The power bank may have low power consumption.	Charge this power bank.
Output stops after running for a while.	The rated power of any product may be too large, or the instantaneous starting power may be greater than the output power of the power bank.	Try connecting the device to a power source with a higher output.

Customer Service

BROWEY offers free customer service and a lifetime warranty for its products. The warranty covers defects in craft and materials for 48 months from the date of purchase by the original buyer, requiring proof of purchase. The warranty does not apply to products that are misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or purchased through unauthorized channels. Exclusions include appearance damage after use, disassembly or unauthorized repair, human-factor failures, and damage from natural disasters.
