General Manufacturing Requirements (*FOR ALL):

✔️ Barcode scan level must reach Class C or above.
✔️ US requirements must meet CP65 standards.
✔️ Must comply with RoHS 2.0 and REACH requirements.
✔️ Must comply with TCL Tonly's 'Company Environmental Management Substance Standard'.
✔️ All inks used for packaging material printing are prohibited from containing mineral oil.
✔️ Coatings, inks, adhesives, and cleaning agents produced and/or used within China must comply with China's national VOC standards.
✔️ Model 2 (M2) must be selected during QR Code production or printing.
✔️ Inks used must meet TCL Quality Department testing standards.
✔️ The material of the plastic bag, and the size and position of ventilation holes on the bag, shall be subject to the structural approval document.
✔️ For PE material plastic bags, the overall length of the screen printing content may have a 3mm tolerance.
✔️ For bags made of materials like pearl cotton, the overall length of the screen printing content may have a 5mm tolerance.

Brand-Specific Requirements:

FOR HUAWEI: Meet halogen-free requirements; Meet phthalate-free requirements.
FOR SAMSUNG: VD type products must meet Samsung's SS requirements; AI type products must meet Samsung SA requirements.
FOR SONY: ? Prohibit the use of Level 1 environmental management substances specified in SS-00259. Recycled resin and coated wires must be procured from Sony's Green Partner certified suppliers.

Important Safety Instructions

These instructions apply to all JBL products unless otherwise specified.

General Safety Precautions:

Clean only with a dry cloth.
Do not block any ventilation openings. Install according to manufacturer's instructions.
Do not install near heat sources (radiators, stoves, amplifiers).
Do not defeat the safety purpose of polarized or grounding-type plugs. Consult an electrician if the plug does not fit your outlet.
Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched.
Use only manufacturer-specified attachments/accessories.
Use only with specified carts, stands, tripods, brackets, or tables. Exercise caution when moving equipment on a cart to prevent tip-over injuries.
Unplug the apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long periods.
Refer all servicing to qualified personnel. Servicing is required if the apparatus is damaged (cord, plug, liquid spillage, object ingress, exposure to rain/moisture, abnormal operation, dropped).
To disconnect from AC mains, disconnect the power-supply cord plug from the AC receptacle.
The mains plug must remain readily operable.
Use only with the provided power supply and/or charging cable.

Waterproof Device Notes:

The following instructions may not apply to waterproof devices. Refer to your device's user manual or quick start guide for specific waterproof instructions.

Do not use this apparatus near water.
Do not expose to dripping or splashing; do not place liquid-filled objects on the apparatus.

FCC and IC Statements:

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules and applicable IC rules. Operation is subject to two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) it must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

FCC SDOC Supplier's Declaration of Conformity: HARMAN International declares this equipment complies with FCC Part 15 Subpart B.
Federal Communication Commission Interference Statement: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with Class B digital device limits, designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in residential installations. If interference occurs, users are encouraged to:

Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
Increase separation between equipment and receiver.
Connect equipment to a different circuit outlet.
Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician.

Caution: Changes or modifications not expressly approved by HARMAN could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.

RF Energy and Usage Restrictions:

For Products That Transmit RF Energy: Complies with Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada's licence-exempt RSS(s).
Radiation Exposure Statement: Complies with FCC and IC RSS-102 radiation exposure limits for uncontrolled environments.
For radio equipment operating in 5150-5850MHz: High power radars are primary users of 5.25-5.35 GHz and 5.65-5.85 GHz bands. No configuration controls are provided for changing frequency operations outside FCC grant of authorization.
IC Caution: Devices operating in the 5150-5250 MHz band are for indoor use only to reduce potential interference to co-channel mobile satellite systems. Maximum antenna gain limits apply for bands 5250-5350 MHz, 5470-5725 MHz, and 5725-5825 MHz as specified by e.i.r.p. limits.
Use Restriction (European Union): Operation is limited to indoor use within the 5150-5350 MHz band.

For Devices with Headphone Jacks:

WARNINGS/CAUTIONS:

DO NOT use headphones at a high volume for extended periods.
To avoid hearing damage, use headphones at a comfortable, moderate volume level.
Lower the device volume before placing headphones on ears, then gradually increase volume to a comfortable listening level.

For Products That Include Batteries:

Instructions for Users on Removal, Recycling and Disposal of Used Batteries: Follow the owner's manual for battery removal. For built-in batteries, recycling centers handle dismantling. If battery replacement is necessary, it must be performed by authorized service centers. Disposal of batteries with household trash is illegal in the EU and other locations; dispose of batteries in an environmentally sound manner. Contact local waste management officials for information.
WARNING: Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced. Do not disassemble, crush, puncture, short external contacts, expose to high temperatures (above 60°C/140°F), sun, low air pressure, fire, or water. Replace only with specified batteries. The symbol for separate collection of batteries is a crossed-out wheeled bin.
WARNING - For Products Containing Coin/Button Cell Batteries: DO NOT INGEST BATTERY, CHEMICAL BURN HAZARD. Swallowing can cause severe internal burns in 2 hours and lead to death. Keep new and used batteries away from children. If the battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the product and keep it away from children. Seek immediate medical attention if batteries are suspected to have been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body.

Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty protects only the original end-user and is not transferable. It applies only in the country of original purchase (excluding EEA member states and the Russian Federation).

Who is Protected:

The original end-user.

Warranty Coverage:

HARMAN International Industries, Incorporated warrants the Product (including components) to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of ONE (1) year from the date of retail purchase (the "Warranty Period").

Repair or Replacement:

During the Warranty Period, the Product will be repaired or replaced at HARMAN's option, without charge for parts or labor. HARMAN may also refund the purchase price, subject to depreciation.

What is NOT Covered:

Damage caused by accident, unreasonable use, neglect, or lack of reasonable maintenance.
Damage during shipment (claims must be presented to the carrier).
Damage to or deterioration of accessory or decorative surfaces.
Damage from failure to follow instructions in the owner's manual.
Damage from repairs performed by unauthorized service centers.
Deterioration of component parts that wear out with use (e.g., batteries, headphone ear pads).
Actual defects within the Product itself; does not cover installation/removal costs, setup/adjustments, misrepresentation by seller, performance variations due to installation circumstances (source quality, AC power), Product modifications, units with effaced/modified serial numbers, or units used for non-home use.
Products not purchased from an authorized dealer.

Implied warranties are excluded or limited to the duration of this warranty, to the extent permitted by law.

How to Obtain Warranty Service:

Contact the dealer who sold the Product or JBL customer support via the country-specific support website. Provide the original sales invoice or other proof of ownership and date of purchase to validate your warranty.

Do not return the Product without prior authorization. Warranty repairs must be performed by an authorized dealer or service center. Unauthorized repairs void the warranty.

Who Pays for What:

HARMAN covers labor and materials for repair/replacement of defective Products and reasonable return shipping within the country of repair. The user is responsible for costs related to examining units that do not require repair or for repairs not covered by this warranty.
