Installation
Module Structure Description
The device has a main body with dimensions of 274.24*128*21.48 mm. An optional credit card (ID) version has dimensions of 296.18*132.88*25 mm. The structure includes a heat sink, speaker, and space for an infrared thermal imaging module.
Port Description
The device features various ports for connectivity:
- 4P381 Needle seat (white) for Wiegand input and relay connections.
- 3P381 Needle seat (white) for serial communication (RS232) and power input (DC12V).
- 2P381 Needle seat (white) for Ethernet (RJ45).
- 5521 Female waterproof plug (white) for power input.
- USB ports (white and yellow) for USB HOST and USB OTG.
- UBOOT button for firmware upgrades.
Diagram Description: A diagram shows various cable connections to the device, including power, Ethernet, USB, serial, and Wiegand interfaces, labeled with port types and connector descriptions.
Installation Method
The device is typically installed on a gate. This involves opening a 35mm diameter hole in the gate post. The cable is then threaded through the hole, secured with a nut and gasket, and connected to the power supply. The screen will start upon power-up.
Installation on Gate Diagram
Diagrams illustrate the installation process for both single and dual-channel gates. The recommended hole size is 35mm, though this may vary based on the gate type and scene. The process involves unscrewing a nut at the bottom of the gate head post, threading the cable through, and re-tightening the nut with the gasket and cable interface.
