Installation Steps

1. Step 1: Wall Holder Adjustment

   The distance between two wall holders can be adjusted flexibly up to a maximum of 84cm. The normal distance is 60-80cm.

2. Step 2: Sliding Hand Shower Holder Installation

   To install the sliding hand shower holder into the shower column, press the grey button [button icon] on the holder. Ensure the grey button faces upward. If it faces downward, the holder will slide down the column. This action is crucial while adjusting the height to avoid spring damage.

   The holder has a 24mm diameter hole that should face upwards and a 20mm diameter hole that should face downwards. The right side of the holder is rotatable.

3. Step 3: Shower Column Attachment

5. Step 5: Connecting Hoses

   Connect the shower hose to the hand shower and the bath mixer. The hose connections are labeled 'Long' and 'Short'.

   Attention! Please tighten the nuts of the shower hose by hand, or cover the nut with a cloth before tightening with pliers or a wrench to avoid surface damage.

6. Step 6: Final Checks

   Please tighten the nut at the bottom of the shower column by hand, or cover it with a cloth before using pliers or a wrench to avoid surface damage.

   Check all connections for leaks after installation.

Troubleshooting

1. Shower head with water dropping: Please always keep the shower head horizontal.
2. Diverter valve issue: When turning the diverter handle down, water comes out from the hand shower, but when turning the handle up, water does not run out from the shower head. This indicates the shower hose was installed to the incorrect connector of the diverter. Please reinstall the shower hose correctly.
3. Nozzles clogged and no water: Please use a cloth and clean water to wipe the nozzles and remove scale.

Attention! Improper installation of products is not covered by warranty. Especially consequential damage caused by improper installation is not guaranteed.

Warranty Conditions

Dylin GmbH guarantees the perfect functioning of its items for two years. In the event of a warranty claim, please contact the trading partner from whom you purchased the item first. If in doubt, they will contact Dylin GmbH. Please provide precise details of the damage, error, or defect.

1. The guarantee begins on the date of purchase.
2. Please keep the invoice as proof of guarantee.
3. The guarantee covers the defect-free function of the item.

Defects must be reported immediately after they occur within the stated guarantee period. The defective article must be kept and returned to the trading partner within 30 days.

The following cases are excluded:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Improper installation.
• Improper handling.
• Improper repair.

Please read and follow these instructions completely before installation. They contain important information on installation, adjustment, maintenance, and spare parts. Keep the instructions in a safe place and pass them on to subsequent owners.

Safety Instructions

1. Please have installation carried out only by competent persons.
2. Please turn off the general water supply before installation.
3. Make sure that all seals are seated correctly.

Disposal

To protect against transport damage, your product is delivered in solid packaging made from recyclable materials. Dispose of packaging in an environmentally friendly manner.

Do not throw the product into normal household waste at the end of its service life. Inquire with your local government about options for environmentally friendly disposal.

1. Pressure: Recommended 3-12 bar. If pressure exceeds 12 bar, please install a pressure reducer.
