The CSION® 4X indoor/outdoor alarm system can sere as a high or low level alarm depending on the float switch model used. The alarm horn sounds when a potentially threatening liquid level condition occurs. The horn can be silenced, but the alarm beacon remains active until the condition is remedied. Once the condition is cleared, the alarm will automatically reset. Note: Standard alarm comes with pre-wired power cord and float switch. Mount the alarm enclosure using existing upper and lower mounting tabs. Install float switch at desired activation level. Activation Level Nivel de activación a Installation with standard pre-wired power cord and prewired float switch: Plug the 120 VAC power cord into a 120 VAC receptacle on a separate branch circuit from the pump circuit to ensure proper notification. b Installation with conduit installed: Bring float switch and power cable through conduit and wire to 10 position terminal block. Connect ground wire to ground termination post. NOTE: Seal conduit to prevent moisture or gas from entering enclosure. Restore power and check alarm operation after installation (high level application shown). Test alarm weekly to insure proper operation.
