 Socket Connecter

SLEEVE  CABLE HALL  SLEEVE  GROOVE  O  C RING  C RING  TOP  M3 SCREW  SOCKET HOUSING  SLEEVE  C RING  SOCKET OUTER 
Please drill the cable hole(shown above) on the sleeve. Please remove the O-ring in the groove of the sleeve and install the C-ring. The notch should be locating the exact opposite side of TOP. Please fix the socket housing on the sleeve by using M3 screws. Please do NOT overtighten. Please hold the wiring by the C-ring and attach the socket outer.

Explanation of wire The spec of attached wiring is 0.18SQmm^2 12cores OD4.8mm AWG24 Please note the following when you solder attached wiring.
Solder should NOT be bigger than "d" and NOT be swelling than "t" About Terminals
The terminals which is being used cuts 3.3 mm of 6860-201-16278 product of company DEUTSCH.

 Plug Connecter
BACK PLATE  SET SCREW  PLUG  TOP HALL  SET SCREW  TOP HALL  OK   0.18SQmm2 12 AWG24 4.8mm  Back plate is NOT reversible. Please confirm the front and the back. Please adjust the set screw with the TOP hall. Please put the set screw went in the TOP hall a bit.Do NOT overtighten. Overtightening may cause the damage. The spec of attached wiring is 0.18SQmm^2 12cores OD4.8mm AWG24 The method of connecting wiring is either soldering or climp.   Please note the following when you solder. When soldering, solder should NOT go over "d".  Daniels Manufacturing  AF8  TH163   0.521.3SQmm2AWG  1620     DEUTSCH  6862-201-16278  Please note the following when you climp. The Climp Tool is Daniels Manufacturing Corp, AF8 and Th163 Spec of the guaranteed wiring is 0.521.3SQ(mm^2)=AWG1620 though climp is possible even by attached wiring. Please convert it when you use the wiring for a size that is smaller than attached wiring. About Terminals The terminals is 6862-201-16278 product of company DEUTSCH.
