TOZO T12 True Wireless Stereo Earbuds User Manual
1.0 Product Diagrammatic Sketch
The TOZO T12 earbuds come with a charging case. The charging case features a USB-C port for charging, indicator lights, and charging pins for the earbuds. The earbuds themselves have an MFB (Multi-Function Button) Touch Panel, a mic hole, and an earbuds cap. The case also indicates its battery capacity and charging status for the earbuds.
2.0 Wearing Diagrammatic Sketch
The earbuds are designed with an MFB Touch Panel on both the left and right earbuds. An insulating film is present on the earbuds which should be removed before first use. Proper wearing involves the earbud tip facing downwards, then rotating the earbuds back to the auricle side to fit snugly. Wearing them with earbud tips facing upwards is incorrect.
3.0 Wearing Steps
Ensure the earbud tip is facing downwards.
Rotate earbuds back to the auricle side to fit snugly.
4.0 Operation of Earbuds
4.1 How to Pair
Take out the two earbuds from the charging case; they will turn on automatically and link to each other within 10 seconds.
The two earbuds will flash alternately in red and blue (pairing mode).
Search for the pairing name 'TOZO T12' and select it on your mobile device.
4.2 Another Method of Turning On & Turning Off
Turn On:
Press and hold the touch button for about 3 seconds to turn on. (The headset is turned off without the charging case).
Turn Off:
When the headset is not playing music, press and hold the touch button for about 5 seconds to turn off.
4.3 Clear Pairing List
In the pairing mode of the left and right earbuds, double-click both MFB buttons quickly.
4.4 Reset
If only one earbud connects to the phone or the two earbuds cannot pair together, try the following:
Delete all 'TOZO T12' Bluetooth records on your phone, then turn off Bluetooth.
Take out the two earbuds from the charging case, then press and hold both earbuds until red lights turn on to turn off earbuds, and then release fingers (this means press and hold about 5 seconds).
Press and hold both earbuds again, release fingers after blue light fast blink (2 seconds). This means press and hold about 10 seconds.
Reset is complete when one of the earbuds flashes red and blue alternately, then turn on Bluetooth to connect again.
5.0 Charging
5.1 Charging the Earbuds
Put the earbuds into the charging box, and they will power off and be charged automatically. When the red LED lights up, it means they are being charged from the charging case.
When the Bluetooth headset is fully charged, the charging case will automatically enter a low power consumption state.
5.2 Charging the Charging Case
Please use a 5V/1A adapter to charge the charging case, which can be charged with a computer USB or other USB interface charger.
6.0 Button Operation
6.1 Earbuds LED Indicator

Red and blue lights off after one second.

The red light goes out, the blue light stays on for 5 seconds and then goes out.
6.2 Right Earbud Controls

Connect back state
Pick up the Bluetooth headset from the charging case, and the headset will automatically return to the connected state (about 20 seconds) after being turned on.
6.3 Left Earbud Controls

7.0 Indicator Display Description
Display Type

Charging display (power display when charging the product with an external charger)
When the battery power is between 0%-33%, the red light flashes.When the battery power is between 33%-66%, the pink light is flashing.The blue indicator flashes when the battery is between 66%-99%.The blue light is always on at 100% power.
Discharge display (product indicates the effect of charging the matching Bluetooth headset)
When the battery power is between 0%-33%, the red light flashes.When the battery power is between 33%-66%, the pink light is flashing.The blue indicator flashes when the battery is between 66%-99%.The blue light is always on at 100% power.
Charging Case Digital Display:
Put the earbuds into the charging box, and the charging box will charge the earphones automatically. The corresponding left/right earplug display light on the charging box flashes, indicating that the earphone is charging. The digital display goes out when it is not charged.
When the battery power of the charging box is 5%-100%, the digital screen will be on for 5 seconds to display the current power. When the power drops to 0%-5%, the digital screen will flash for 5 seconds to display the power level. The digital display goes out when it is not charged.
8.0 Discharge (Charge the Paired Bluetooth Headset) Instructions for Use:
Discharge: The charging case charges the Bluetooth headset. After the Bluetooth headset is fully charged, the charging stand will automatically enter the deep sleep state, and the power consumption is less than 200µA at this time.
Waterproof for daily use (sweating, rain, washing face, showering, having a bath, etc. but not for swimming under water). Please note that the phone's Bluetooth signal cannot be transmitted underwater.

10.0 TOZO App
Download the TOZO App for UI customization, EQ settings, and more. The TOZO App provides a personalized experience for your earbuds. There are lots of EQ settings you can choose in the App to improve your listening experience. Earbuds firmware updates: The earbuds firmware can be updated when you connect the earbuds with the App. The App will automatically detect when you connect the earbuds with the App.
A: Make sure the charging cable is intact and plugged in properly.
2. Q: Two devices named "TOZO T12" are found.
A: Delete both names and search again.
3. Q: Sound is unclear.
A: Increase the volume slowly on your phone and earbuds and keep them close to each other.
4. Q: Why cannot hear voice?
A: 1. Ensure both earbuds have been turned on. 2. Turn up the phone's volume to maximum. 3. Try to tap the touch control once to play music.
Special Reminder:
Wipe the backside contacts of the headset and charging box when the headset is not charging.
