Plug Fitting Details (Where Applicable):
- The wire labelled blue is the neutral and must be connected to the terminal marked [N].
- The wire labelled brown is the live wire and must be connected to the terminal marked [L].
- The wire labelled green/yellow must be connected to the terminal marked with the letter [E].
- Never connect brown or blue wires to the [EARTH] terminal.
- Ensure the cord grip is fastened correctly.
- The plug must be fitted with a fuse of the same rating, conforming to BS 1362 and ASTA approved.
- Consult a qualified electrician if in doubt.
Non-Rewireable Mains Plug:
- If the plug needs replacing, use an ASTA approved one (conforming to BS 1362 of the same rating).
- If in doubt, consult a qualified electrician.
- If removing the plug, disconnect it from the mains, cut it off, and dispose of it safely. Never reuse a plug or insert it into a socket.

Before First Use:
- Remove appliance from packaging.
- Check for damage.

- Clean the grill and drawer with hot water, washing-up liquid, and a non-abrasive sponge. WARNING! Drawer and grill are NOT dishwasher safe.
- Wipe inside and outside with a moist cloth.
- Do not fill the drawer with oil or frying fat.
Note: This appliance uses very little or no oil.
Using Your Appliance:
Preparing For Use:
- Place on a stable, horizontal, non-heat-resistant surface.
- Do not fill the drawer with oil or liquid.
- Do not place anything on top of the appliance to ensure proper airflow.
Automatic Switch Off:
The built-in timer automatically shuts down the Air Fryer when it reaches zero. You can also manually switch off by turning dials anti-clockwise to 0.
Air Fryer Drawer Safety Switch:
The air fryer will not operate if the drawer is not properly inserted or the timer is not set.
Removing the Drawer:
Both the drawer and grill can be fully removed.
Air Frying:
- Connect the mains plug to an earthed wall socket.
- Pull the drawer out.
- Add ingredients to the drawer.
- Slide the drawer back in, aligning with guides. Never use without the drawer inserted.
- Determine cooking time and temperature (refer to 'Settings').
- Turn the timer dial to set cooking time.
- Turn the temperature control dial to the required temperature. Add 2 minutes to cooking time if the appliance is cold.
- The temperature light indicates heating element activity.
- Excess oil collects at the bottom of the drawer.
- Shake ingredients halfway through if required (pull out drawer and shake).
- When the timer bell sounds, the cooking is complete. Pull out the drawer.
- Check if ingredients are ready; if not, slide back and set timer for longer.
- To remove ingredients, place drawer on a suitable surface. Do not turn upside down. Be cautious of steam.
- Empty ingredients into a bowl or onto a plate. Use tongs for large or fragile items.
- The air fryer is ready for the next batch.
Timer:
Features a 30-minute manual timer with a bell.
Settings:
The following table provides basic settings for common ingredients. These are indications and may vary based on ingredient size, shape, and texture.
Tips:
- Cooking time depends on ingredient size.
- Shaking halfway through optimizes results.
- Add a little oil to fresh potatoes for crispiness.
- Be cautious with very greasy ingredients.
- Oven-ready snacks can be prepared in the air fryer.
- Optimal fries: 500g.
- Use pre-made dough for quick snacks.
- Place a baking tin or oven dish for cakes, quiches, or fragile items.
- Reheat ingredients at 150°C for up to 10 minutes.

Cleaning the Drawer:
- Do not use metal utensils or abrasive cleaners.
- Remove the mains plug and let the appliance cool down.
- Wipe the outside with a moist cloth.
- Clean the drawer and grill with hot water, washing-up liquid, and a non-abrasive sponge.
- Use degreasing liquid for stubborn dirt. WARNING! DO NOT wash the drawer in the dishwasher.
- Clean the inside with hot water and a non-abrasive sponge.
- Clean the heating element with a cleaning brush.
Tip: If dirt is stuck, fill the drawer with hot water and washing-up liquid, let soak for 10 minutes.
To store your appliance:
Ensure the air fryer is cool, clean, and dry before storing in a cool, dry place.

Recipes:
Homemade Fries
- Ingredients: 2 large potatoes, 1/2 tbsp. paprika, Pinch of salt, Pinch of pepper, 1 tbsp. Sunflower oil.
- Method: Wash, peel, and slice potatoes. Dry with paper. Cut to desired size. Boil in salted water for 10 minutes. Strain and rinse under cold water. Toss with oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Place in air fryer and cook as per settings.
- Variations: Replace paprika with garlic powder or grated parmesan cheese.
Bacon and Egg Breakfast Muffin
- Ingredients: 1 free range egg, 1 strip of bacon, 1 English muffin, Cheese, Salt, Pepper.
- Method: Crack egg into a ramekin. Halve muffin, add cheese to one half. Place muffin, bacon, and egg (in ramekin) into the air fryer drawer. Cook at 200°C for 6 minutes. Assemble muffin.
- Tip: Add mustard to the muffin.
Honey Lime Chicken Wings
- Ingredients: 12 chicken wings, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp honey, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp white pepper, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 2 tbsp fresh lime juice.
- Method: Marinate wings in soy sauce, honey, salt, and peppers for at least 4 hours. Arrange on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cook as per settings, turning halfway.
Lemon Garlic Salmon
- Ingredients: 4 skin-on salmon fillets, 4 tbsp butter, 1 clove garlic (minced), 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp fresh dill (chopped), 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped), Juice of 1 lemon.
- Method: Melt butter and mix with remaining ingredients to create a sauce. Coat salmon fillets with sauce. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cook as per settings.
Molten Chocolate Lava Cake
- Ingredients: 100g dark chocolate chips, 100g unsalted butter, 1 1/2 tbsp. self-raising flour, 2 eggs, 2 1/2 tbsp. sugar.
- Method: Melt chocolate and butter. Stir in flour. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until frothy. Gradually mix in the chocolate mixture. Pour batter into an oven-safe cup/ramekin and place in air fryer. Cook as per settings. Top with ice cream.
