Operating Steps
- Take your keyboard & mouse combo out of the case.
- Open the lid of the battery compartment. Align batteries properly into the battery case according to their positive and negative terminals.
- Take the USB receiver out from the receiver slot on your keyboard.
- Plug the USB receiver into the USB port on your device. Press any key to start using the keyboard & mouse.
Troubleshooting Steps
When your keyboard & mouse combo cannot function properly, please check the following steps:
- Check if batteries are out of power.
- Check if batteries are aligned correctly according to their negative and positive terminals in the battery compartment.
- Check if the USB receiver is plugged into the USB port and the USB port works properly.
- Try to reset the USB receiver by following the pairing instructions. The USB receiver needs to pair with the keyboard and mouse separately. You can pair your keyboard or mouse first.
Pairing Instructions
To Pair the Keyboard
- Turn on the keyboard. Long-press 'ESC' and 'Q' together to enter Pairing Mode. The battery indicator on the keyboard will flash red rapidly.
- Insert the 2.4G USB receiver into your device. Place your keyboard close to the USB receiver.
- Once paired, the battery indicator will go out.
- If pairing fails, unplug the receiver, turn off the keyboard, and try pairing again from step 1.
To Pair the Mouse
- Turn on the mouse. Press and hold the left and right buttons together for 3 seconds to enter Pairing Mode. The indicator light on the top of the mouse will flash red.
- Insert the 2.4G USB receiver into your device. Place your mouse close to the USB receiver. The receiver will pair with your mouse automatically.
- If pairing fails, unplug the receiver, turn off the mouse, and try pairing again from step 1.
Usage Notes
- The keyboard and mouse are activated with a single plug-and-play USB receiver, which is stored in the receiver slot on the back of the keyboard or inside the mouse.
- The keyboard and mouse enter sleep mode after 30 minutes of inactivity to save energy. Click any key to reactivate them. It is recommended to remove batteries if the devices will not be used for an extended period.
