It is only a reminder to check the filter to keep the air purifier/humidifier running smoothly. To reset the light, please hold down the replace filter button while the unit is on for 5 seconds. |
How often should I change filters? | The filter replacement frequency varies greatly on environment. We recommend checking the filter to see when it turns grayish in color and there is a noticeable reduction in airflow. Vacuum or clean off any visible dust and hair on the filter monthly and replace filter when necessary. |
My unit no longer powers on, what should I do? | First, please check another outlet to see if it is a problem with the outlet. Second, please make sure the main upper body of the unit is seated properly on the water tank and there is no debris or water on the contact sensor. The sensor is located on the back right side of the water tank. If it still does not work, please contact us for further assistance. |

Make sure your app is updated to the latest version. Make sure you connect to your Wi-Fi router's 2.4GHz network and that the network is working correctly. Make sure the Wi-Fi password you entered is correct. Shorten the distance between the air purifier/humidifier, Wi-Fi router, and the phone. The air purifier/humidifier is offline in my app. | Make sure the air purifier/humidifier is plugged in and powered on, then refresh “My Devices" in InvisiClean app by swiping down on the screen.
