TERMS AND CONDITIONS

End-user consumers who purchase a bundle of qualifying new LG and/or LG STUDIO Kitchen, and Laundry appliances at participating retailers in the 50 U.S. states, District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico during the Program Period (defined below) will be eligible to claim a manufacturer's rebate incentive in the form of a physical Visa Prepaid card subject to the terms and conditions below.

Bundle must include two (2) eligible appliances to qualify for a $200 rebate, three (3) eligible appliances to qualify for a $600 rebate, (4) four or more eligible appliances to qualify for a $1,000 rebate. LG STUDIO bundle must include four (4) eligible LG STUDIO appliances to qualify for a $1,600 rebate, five (5) or more eligible LG STUDIO appliances to qualify for a $2,000 rebate. Consumers may receive a maximum of $2,000 by purchasing five (5) or more LG STUDIO appliances.

For the purposes of this promotional offer, "bundle of qualifying new LG or LG STUDIO Kitchen appliances" refers to all new in-box appliances. All LG Countertop Microwave appliances, open-box items and display units do not qualify for this rebate. This offer is subject to availability. Maximum number of appliances of the same category allowed to qualify for rebate is two (2), except all Over-the-Range Microwave have a limit of one (1) appliance per category per transaction. Except as otherwise required by law, this promotional offer is limited to one LG Visa Prepaid card per household. Qualifying new LG and/or LG STUDIO appliances must be purchased between September 11, 2025 and October 1, 2025 (the "Program Period"). Purchase date is determined by date printed on receipt. Purchases of qualifying new LG appliances during the Program Period must appear on the same sales receipt.

Consumers may submit claims online to LG Electronics U.S.A., Inc. at www.LGoffers.com. Consumers must upload and submit the following proof of purchase: (1) original, dated sales receipt of eligible appliances purchased during the program period from participating retailers dated between September 11, 2025 and October 1, 2025, and (2) provide valid manufacturer serial numbers of each appliance purchased. For a list of participating retailers please visit www.LGoffers.com/LGINN0925/participating-retailers. Participation is at the retailer's discretion. Not all retailers will participate in this offer. Online submissions must be received by 11:59 PM Pacific Time on December 1, 2025 or within 30 days of receiving all eligible appliances listed on the receipt, whichever is latest. Omission of the sales receipt or other requested information (i.e., serial numbers) may delay or stop the processing of this promotional offer. No group or organization requests will be honored. Requests for fulfillment to PO Boxes will not be accepted. This promotional offer is not valid in combination with any other rebate or Visa Prepaid card promotional offer including retailer's house offers and in-store offers.

Purchased merchandise must not be returned or else rebate will be subject to forfeiture. Duplicate submissions of official form or cash register receipt will not be accepted.

Purchases made at The Home Depot, Best Buy, Pacific Sales, Costco, Sam's Club, Metro, Hahn Appliances, John's Appliance, Famous Tate, Appliance Factory & Mattress Kingdom, RC Willey, Spencers, Electronic Express, Wittwer, WDC, Intercounty, and LG.com will qualify for this rebate to be applied at the point of sale and do not qualify for this Visa Prepaid card offer. Purchases made at Navy Exchange do not qualify for this Visa Prepaid card offer. Participating retailers may not utilize this offer in combination with any other offers, including, but not limited to appliance bundle offers, that may be available from LG Electronics USA, Inc. Incomplete requests will not be honored. Promotional offer void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Online purchases from internet auction sites or purchases of refurbished or reconditioned merchandise are not eligible for this promotional offer. Promotional offer is not valid on free, giveaway, or other complimentary promotional merchandise. Valid only in the fifty (50) states, D.C. and P.R.

LG Electronics U.S.A., Inc. is not responsible for late, lost, mutilated, stolen, misdirected or postage-due requests or mail, computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature.
