Price and Payment

Prices are quoted in US dollars and exclude shipping, handling, and taxes unless otherwise noted. APC accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover-Novus credit cards.

Delivery

Products and services are delivered to agreed locations for the charge set out in the contract. Seller is responsible for insurance and care up to the point of delivery. Delivery times are targets only.

Returns

APC accepts non-warranty returns within 30 days of shipment with a Credit Material Authorization (CMA) number. A 15% restocking fee applies. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds are processed for items purchased directly from APC's North American stores.
