Safety Information

WARNING

• Always unplug the fan before moving or performing maintenance. Do not touch the fan with wet hands.
• Only qualified electricians should disassemble, repair, or rebuild the fan.
• Unplug the fan when not in use.
• To unplug, pull the plug, not the cord.
• Do not use the fan if the power cord or plug is damaged.
• Do not use an extension cord with this fan.
• Keep the fan away from fire.
• Do not insert hands or objects into the fan guard or moving parts.
• To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not use this fan with any solid-state speed control device.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons to avoid hazard.

CAUTION

• Unplug the fan and clean it with a soft cloth.
• Do not immerse the fan in water.
• Ensure the protective guard is in place before operating the fan.
• This fan is not intended for use by children or individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are supervised or instructed by a person responsible for their safety. Supervise children to ensure they do not play with the fan.

Preparation

Before assembly, verify that all parts are present by comparing them with the package contents and hardware lists. Do not attempt to assemble if any parts are missing or damaged.

Assembly Instructions

1. Feed the Wheels (B) through the brackets on the Fan Body (A).
2. To secure the wheels, insert a pin (AA) into the hole and bend the pin.

Operating Instructions

Adjust the desired speed by rotating the switch knob:

• 0: Stop
• 1: Low
• 2: High

Care and Maintenance

Unplug the fan before cleaning. Do not use water to clean metal surfaces. To remove dust from the protective screen, use a vacuum cleaner or remove the front protective screen by unscrewing the securing screw. After cleaning, reattach the safety screen and fasten the securing screw.

Troubleshooting

Warranty

TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY. The manufacturer warrants this product against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover transit damages, damages from accident, misuse, alteration, or operation with voltage exceeding the nameplate voltage. It also does not cover the finish. Unauthorized servicing will void the warranty. For warranty service, contact Customer Service at 1-866-994-4148, Monday - Sunday, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. EST. Some states do not allow limitations on damages, so these may not apply to you. This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may have others that vary by state.
