1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Models Series 852/902
- Utilizes a traditional high-precision thermocouple for temperature measurement. A dual-channel operational amplifier ensures stable operation. High power, rapid heating, and accurate, stable temperature readings unaffected by airflow volume. Capable of lead-free desoldering.
- The heating element for heating the blown air is made using the latest technologies (frame type) from high-quality materials, significantly increasing stability and reliability, and reducing the risk of damage from impact or drops (traditional technologies use quartz glass, which cannot withstand such use and does not allow use in transport or extreme conditions). This also extends the service life of the soldering station.
- New technology is also used in the hot air outlet. A diaphragm pump and a turbine (fan in the handle) are convenient ways to supply air. When using large nozzles, the air stream spirals, providing a weak airflow. When using small nozzles, it provides a multi-directional strong airflow. The appropriate type and strength of airflow can be selected depending on the task.
- The handle of the appliance (in models with a turbine pump) is equipped with a touch switch. When the handle is in the operator's hand during operation, the system automatically activates the working mode. When the handle is placed in the holder, the system enters standby mode, simplifying use and extending the life of the heating element.
- Using a turbine/diaphragm pump as an air source increases the appliance's service life and ensures low noise levels.
- The appliance uses a high-quality heating element for rapid heating and long service life. The anti-static function protects the board's electronic components from static or electrical discharge.
Models Series 852D+/862/872/952
- These models include all features of the 852 series, plus the latest microprocessors with PID software control, precise digital display of hot air gun and soldering iron temperatures, lead-free desoldering capability, higher power ratings than the 852 series, and faster heating unaffected by airflow volume. The system considers current hot air gun and soldering iron temperatures, using milliseconds as the reading speed unit. High thermal compensation speed enhances temperature stability with minimal static error. This compensation speed virtually eliminates the influence of various adverse working conditions.
- The hot air gun features a latest-generation safety system. Upon powering on, the system automatically detects if the handle is in the holder to prevent accidents from the handle falling. Additionally, various components are equipped with a universal automatic measurement system for protection against high temperatures, short circuits, open circuits, and overloads. These errors are displayed and automatically prevented.
- Convenient design. The 862 series hot air guns offer manual/automatic modes, allowing selection based on working conditions. For frequent use, the automatic mode can prevent rapid temperature increases. Selecting these modes based on work conditions enhances the efficiency of the soldering station.
- The 872 series soldering stations are designed for use in various regions and feature temperature display in Celsius and Fahrenheit.
- Controlled by SAMSUNG microcontrollers, utilizing the latest SMT technologies, providing a clear signal, and improved stability and protection functions.
- The heating element is manufactured according to various requirements and conditions and can be produced in two versions: a standard version for domestic use and a high-quality white heating element for import. Note: This appliance supports functional expansion. After an update, if functions are inactive, the "---" indicator will flash on the display. Turn off the power or unplug the appliance. Ensure the appliance is powered off.

5. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Operation of Appliances with Turbine Pump Type
- Position the soldering station conveniently and place the handle in the holder.
- Connect the appliance's power cord to the power outlet and install the required nozzle (use the largest possible nozzle diameter).
- Turn on the appliance (power switch is on the rear panel), then turn on the hot air gun; it will begin to heat up.
- Set the desired temperature using the thermostat knob. Remove the hot air gun handle from the holder once the station has heated to the set temperature. The appliance is ready for use after the temperature stabilizes. The operating status indicator (on 862 series models, it's in the bottom right corner - digital control unit; on 852 series models - an LED indicator) lights up when the temperature reaches the set value and is stable. The indicator blinks when the temperature is stable, and turns off during temperature fluctuations. Set the required airflow volume; the set temperature helps maintain normal operation. The digital control unit indicator in the bottom right corner of 862 series models will blink when the appliance reaches the set temperature. High thermal compensation speed (the appliance reads temperature every millisecond) ensures high accuracy and temperature stability. (See diagram below) 2500 The program is in high-speed temperature compensation mode.
- After finishing work with the soldering station, place the handle in the holder. Heating will stop automatically, and the heating element will cool down with airflow. When the temperature drops below 100°C, the display will show "---", indicating the appliance has entered standby mode.
Operation of Appliances with Diaphragm Pump Type
