Product Overview
This document provides instructions for the DW39 Wireless Bluetooth Headset, featuring Bluetooth version V5.4. It offers a true wireless stereo connection with left and right channel separation and HIFI sound effects. Both the left and right earbuds have full Bluetooth functionality and can be used individually or as a pair. The headset utilizes a dual-hair sharing mode with master/slave switching.

- Please fully charge the product before use.
- This product can be connected and used with any Bluetooth-enabled device.
Simple Operation Instructions
Headset Power On/Off
- Power On: Open the charging case cover, and remove the earbuds to automatically power on.
- Power Off: Place the earbuds directly into the charging case to turn them off.
Pairing
Automatic pairing occurs upon powering on. A "beep" sound indicates successful pairing. If pairing fails, place the earbuds back into the charging case, close the cover, then open it again. A "beep" sound will confirm successful pairing.
Connecting to iOS & Android Devices
- Open your phone's "Settings".
- Turn on Bluetooth search.
- Find the pairing name "DW39" and click to connect. The status will display "Connected".
Once connected, subsequent uses will automatically connect the earbuds to your phone by following the power on/off procedure.
Function Definitions
Call State Functions
- Answer Call: Touch either earbud once.
- Hang Up Call: Touch either earbud once.
- Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds during an incoming call.
Music State Functions
- Play/Pause: Touch either earbud once.
- Previous Song: Touch the left earbud twice.
- Next Song: Touch the right earbud twice.
- Increase Volume: Touch the left earbud three times.
- Reduce Volume: Touch the right earbud three times.
Voice Assistant
- Apple System (Siri): Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds to wake up Siri.
- Android System: Long press either earbud for 2 seconds to wake up the voice assistant.
Charging Case Definitions and Parameters
Indicator Light Display
- Charging Case Charging State: Display screen lights up, numbers blink.
- Charging Case Full Charge: Display shows 100%.
- Charging Case Low Battery: Display shows 0%.
- Earbuds Stored in Case: Case displays blue light, earbuds display a steady red light.
- Earbuds Charging State: Earbuds display a steady red light.
- Earbuds Fully Charged: All earbud lights turn off.
- Pairing Status: Left earbud alternates flashing red and blue lights, right earbud light is off.
- Headset Working Condition: Left earbud alternates flashing red and blue lights, right earbud light is off.
- Disconnect Status: All lights go out.

Matters Needing Attention
- Do not handle the product violently, avoid squeezing with heavy objects, and keep it away from high temperature and high humidity environments.
- Stay away from WIFI, routers, and other high-frequency transmitting equipment, as this can affect signal reception and cause audio interruptions or disconnections.
- Use the product within an effective range of 10 meters, ensuring no physical obstructions (e.g., walls) between the Bluetooth device and the headset.
- If the product is not used for an extended period (within one month), charge the earbuds and the charging case.
