Akai Fire Shortcut Guide

This document outlines the key shortcuts for the Akai Fire MIDI controller, designed to enhance workflow with FL Studio.

All[Alt Button] + [Pad with Rotary Controls]Adjusts pad brightness / Adjusts pad saturation / Toggles pad visualizer on and off / Toggles display visualizer on and off.
All Except Performance[Alt Button] + [Select Button]Selects a channel.
Step[Shift Button] + [Pad] + [Grid Button]Moves the view one step left or right.
Step[Select Button] (press)Toggles between scrolling the channel view and assigning the selected channel to a mixer insert.
Step[Pad with Rotary Controls] + [Select Button]Edits a single step's pitch.
Step[Pad with Rotary Controls] + [Select Button]Edits a single step's Velocity / Pan / Mod X / Mod Y.
Drum[Select Button] (press)Toggles between scrolling the channel view and selecting the drum pattern types.
