I. Indicator Instructions

Red lamp: Charge lamp. The red charge lamp is on for a long time.

Blue lamp: WIFI indicator.

Specific operations are as follows:

• AP mode: The blue light flashes slowly.
• WIFI mode: The blue light is on for a long time.

If you don't know what mode the camera is in, reset the camera to switch to point-to-point mode.

Note: The reset function must be used when the blue light is on for a long time or flashes slowly.

II. Download and Install APP

Installation Methods:

1. Scan QR Code: Scan the QR code (Figure 1) to enter the download page (Figure 2). Download the software according to your phone's system selection. (After scanning the QR code, download by selecting the APP in the domestic or overseas version according to your requirement).

2. Android phone: Search "LOOKCAM" in the Google Play market to download and install it.
3. Apple phone: Search "LOOKCAM" in the App Store to download and install it.

III. Addition of AP Hot Spots

Enter your phone's Wi-Fi settings, find the camera's AP HotSpot account (device UID number), and connect. This is shown in the accompanying image.

After connecting the device UID as shown below, open the phone app (LOOKCAM).

Click "CANCEL" for point-to-point short-distance viewing (point-to-point connected and viewable). Click "OK" to quickly pair the router with remote viewing (if you need to set up remote viewing, refer to the manual for instructions).

IV. Router Mode Connection (Remote Viewing)

When you can watch the video via the hotspot, please go back to the previous level and enter the interface as shown.

Click the Settings icon ⚙️ → WiFi Connection Configuration → Find WiFi → Enter Password → Click OK to restart the camera.

(After the camera connects to the router, refresh the page. Wait about 40 seconds for the camera status to become online.)

Device Settings:

WiFi Setting:

Select the Wi-Fi network you want to connect to. Enter the WiFi password. A prompt will appear indicating "Configuration successful, device is restarting".

Note: When connecting remotely, please ensure the WIFI password you entered is correct. After entering the WIFI password, click the OK button, and the machine will start automatically. If the password is entered incorrectly, the machine will not be able to connect. In this case, you need to reset the machine to re-pair.

V. Download the Computer Client

Download the computer client by visiting the following address:

Download and install the computer client.

Adding the device:

Enter the device alias, Device ID, and password (default password is 123456). Click "Adding".

1. Why remote monitoring is not smooth?

   You should choose a suitable resolution to watch according to your internet connection.

2. Why SD card cannot save?

   The SD card must be formatted if this is your first time using it.

3. Why Connection is not on the network?

   Select the correct connection way according to your network.

4. Why APP remote viewing SD card video is not smooth?

   This is a result of differences in mobile decoding capabilities. You can adjust video equipment according to your mobile's resolution.

5. How to find my password?

   Press the reset key for 10 seconds to restore factory settings.

Special Notes

1. The default password for each camera is 123456. To ensure the security of your device, please change your password.
2. If the camera is not connected to the router, please reset it, even after a hot machine to configure.
3. If the camera does not read the memory card, format it in the advanced settings of the mobile phone's LAN settings in the background after use.
