Installation
Diagrams for 2-Door and 4-Door Configurations
2 X DOOR:
Diagram shows top-down view of door opening width with clearances: 1/4" (6.5mm) on each side. Total width calculation: 2 X DOOR WIDTH + 9/16" (14.5mm).
Back view diagram shows door panel with three hinges (F) spaced evenly. Top hinge is 7 1/16" (180mm) from top, bottom hinge is 10 13/16" (275mm) from bottom. Middle hinge is centered. A gap of 1/16" (1.5mm) is shown between panels.
Side view diagram shows door height dimension: DOOR HEIGHT + 2in (50mm). Also shows clearances: 3/4" (19mm) from top, 1 3/16" (30mm) from side. Vertical measurement from bottom is 35 7/16" (900mm).
4 X DOOR:
Diagram shows top-down view of door opening width with clearances: 1/4" (6.5mm) on each side. Total width calculation: 4 X DOOR WIDTH + 7/8" (22.5mm).

Step 1: Prepare Top Pivot Assemblies
Attach parts B and G to part A. Part B is a top pivot bracket assembly, and part G is a track bracket lock. Part A is the main track. Use screws as indicated. A warning states: [Warning Icon] Do not fully tighten screws before completing assembly.

Step 2: Mount Top Track Bracket

Drilling guide shows borehole depth: 1 3/16" (30mm) and bit diameter: 1/8" (2.8mm).
Step 3: Attach Hinges to Door Panels
Attach hinges (F) to the door panels. For a 2-door configuration, 3 hinges are used per door. Measurements from top and bottom edges are provided: 7 1/16" (180mm) from top, 10 13/16" (275mm) from bottom, with a 1/16" (1.5mm) gap between panels.
Diagrams show drilling for hinges. Borehole depth: 3/8" (10mm), Bit diameter: 1/8" (2.8mm).
Step 4: Install Pivot Plates
Install pivot plates (C, E, H) to the top and bottom of the door panels as shown. C is a bottom pivot bracket, E is a top pivot bracket, and H is a bottom pivot plate.
Diagrams illustrate Left Hand Swing and Right Hand Swing configurations for both 2 X DOOR and 4 X DOOR.

Step 5: Mount Bottom Pivot Bracket on Side Jamb
Mark hole location of bottom pivot bracket (D) on the side jamb. Fasten to side jamb with one ST4.2 X 25 flat head screw.

Step 6: Hang Door Panels
Note: Ensure track bracket lock is in the unlocked position.
(A) Fold door and place panel guide into track. Insert top pivot pin into receptor of track bracket lock and ensure it is firmly seated.
(B) Slide tab lock toward pin so that the door panel is hanging from the top pivot pin.
(C) Depress bottom pivot bracket socket arm and insert the bottom pivot pin. Secure the bottom pivot bracket with two screws. Use a wrench for horizontal adjustment through the track bracket lock and bottom pivot bracket.

Step 7: Install Door Pull
Install the door pull using M4x45 or ST4x45 screws. Borehole depth: Drill out, Bit diameter: 3/16" (5mm).

Step 8: Mount Door Aligner (4-door sets only)
Mount aligner (J) on the back side of lead doors. Use ST4.2x16 screws.

Step 9: Adjust Track Stop
Close doors, slide track stop until it touches the panel guide. Then open doors, move the track closer to the panel guide and tighten. Doors should "snap" shut yet open easily by a slight pull on the pull.

Instruction: Please tighten screws after completing assembly.
Step 10: Final Assembly

Precautions
If the door panel operates roughly or appears tilted after installation, check for these common issues:
- Avoid contact between the door panel and the floor guide.
- Ensure the door opening height = door height + 2" (50mm).
- Ensure the track is centered vertically over the bottom floor guide.
