Setting the 4-Digit Combination Code
The AXA Combo U-Lock 8 allows you to set a personal 4-digit code.

Step 1: Make Code Visible
Turn the dials so that the current code becomes visible. The default code is typically '0005'.

Rotate the dust cover to the open position to fully expose the combination dials. Set the dials to the default code (e.g., '0005') and remove the U-shackle.

Press the provided tool into the designated slot on the lock body until a click sound is heard. Keep the tool pressed in.

While the tool is pressed, turn the dials to set your desired new 4-digit code. After setting the new code, slide the release knob to the right to lock in the new combination.

Step 1: Insert Shackle
To lock your AXA Combo U-lock, insert the U-shackle into the lock's crossbar. The shackle will click into place, but the lock is not yet fully secured.
