Installation
- This product is designed for free-standing use only; it must not be recessed or built into cabinetry.
- It is intended exclusively for the storage of wine.
- Place the unit on a solid, level surface capable of supporting its weight when fully loaded. Adjust levelling feet to ensure it is level.
- Allow at least 10cm clearance at the top, sides, and rear panel for proper airflow to the compressor and condenser.
- Position the unit away from direct sunlight and heat sources (stoves, heaters, radiators). Direct sunlight can damage the exterior coating, and heat sources can increase power consumption. Extremely cold ambient conditions may also affect performance.
- Avoid installing in damp or moist environments.
- Connect to a dedicated, properly grounded wall outlet. Do not remove or bypass the earth pin. Consult a licensed electrician or authorised service centre if unsure about electrical safety or grounding.
- After plugging in, allow the unit to run for 2 to 3 hours before loading to allow the internal temperature to stabilise.
Clearance Diagram:
A diagram shows required clearances: 10cm at the front, 10cm at the sides, and 10cm at the rear.
Installing The Handle
To install the stainless-steel handle:
- Pull away the door gasket in the area where the handle is to be installed. The gasket can be removed by hand.
- Align the handle with the pre-installed screws. Tighten the screws using a Phillips head screwdriver until the handle is flush and secured tightly against the door frame. Do not overtighten.
- Replace the door gasket to its original position.
Operation
Adjusting the Temperature
- The adjustable temperature range for both compartments is 5°C - 18°C (41°F - 64°F).
- The control panel can display temperatures from 0°C - 37°C (32°F - 99°F).
- When displaying Celsius, the set temperature is shown if the probe reading is within ±1°C.
- When displaying Fahrenheit, the set temperature is shown if the probe reading is within ±2°F.
Forced Defrosting
After 12 hours of continuous operation, the compressor will automatically stop for 30 minutes to allow for defrosting.
Memory Function
If the power supply is interrupted, the product will retain the previously set temperature and Celsius/Fahrenheit display mode.
