Q: What should you do if you forget the device access password?
A: Restore the device to factory settings, then reconnect and set a new access password. Note: The access password is crucial for privacy and security; handle it with care.
Q: What should you do if the camera cannot be connected or is abnormally offline during use?
A: 1. Verify that the camera's power supply and router network are functioning correctly. 2. Unplug the camera's power to restart it. 3. Restore the camera to factory settings (press and hold the Reset button for approximately 6 seconds until you hear the prompt "Restore factory settings, please do not power off"), then add the device again following the instructions. 4. If wireless network configuration fails, consider using the wired network or AP network configuration mode.
Q: If I press the device reset button multiple times, why is there no voice prompt for AP mode switching?
A: The device's reset key can only switch modes once. Subsequent attempts will not execute the switch. You need to restart the device to switch modes again, or use the mobile terminal to switch modes.
Q: In AP mode network configuration, if the device has been deleted, how can I solve the problem of being prompted with the same serial number when adding a device?
A: On the "iCSee" app interface, navigate to 【Me】>【Tools】>【Clear Cache】. Re-add the device after clearing the cache.
Q: After restoring the device to default, reconfiguring the network, and entering the password, only an empty password prompt box is displayed. How to solve this?
